“PetSmart has become my go to grooming location for my Coco which is why I recommended my roommate to take her fur baby to them. The staff is always super friendly and nice to my dog which is awesome because he does get a little nervous every time he goes for his pamper time. I love how they leave his little face looking all the time and I can tell they are very gentle with him. Today we took Bella for her first puppy trimming and they left her super fluffy and smelling amazing! Thank you Nataly for making our fur babies look so cute. “I have known Alex for several years. He helped me with my last dog. I was just exasperated with Ben. He chewed up my furniture twice and was just a wild child! After taking Ben home to work with him he came back a changed dog. Most recently, Alex took my little Frenchie pup into his Board and Train program. He has a way of working with dogs using positive reinforcement and love. He also gives the owner the tools they need to continue the training at home. “I booked a 2 hour virtual Zoom session with Alexandra for my 8 week old puppy and in just 2 hours, my puppy learned SO much. We played various games to teach my puppy how to choose certain commands/activities and we did separation anxiety training in the pen/crate. It was fantastic! I'm looking forward to working with Alexandra again.“

“South Park Doggieland has so many fun, enriching daycare activities for your pup. Our social, high energy dog gets very excited when we pull into the parking lot. We love that there is an app (Gingr) where we can watch several live cameras and where we get a report card each day that includes pictures. The staff are all very helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable about dogs. Meeko says 5 stars.“

“The staff was awesome. Very friendly. I called requesting pain medication for my dog after my visit on 12/22. I saw Dr. Meina on 12/27 who examine Willie (dog) and he provided him with two injections and meds to take home along with his diagnosis. He was very thorough and showed compassion. Willie is doing better and we have a follow-up appt. in a week. I appreciated the time he took to make sure Willie would be comfortable after he returned home. My earlier comments of Dr. Wisa was edited due to sometimes an interaction between Dr. and pet owner falls short when the owner is cut out of the decision making. I personally appreciate the Dr's opinion but not when information is withheld from me no matter what the reason and my decision to make is removed. Thank you.“

“They have been my dogs bet for more than 8 years. They also house my dog whenever we travel. The location is always clean and the wait time is not too bad. I highly recommend this place. Give it a chance, it may look a bit rough at first but they will win you over eventually.“

“Pet smart Whittier training classes and groomers are the best!! Kona our medium size golden doodle likes coming to this store. Kona loves the training classes with Rebecca. He quickly became more comfortable being around other dogs after her classes. Kona also enjoys going to the Whittier Pet smart groomers. Kona comes here monthly. All Whittier Pet smart groomers are friendly and treat all dogs with caring compassion. This is evidenced by Kona wagging his tail the minute we open the groomer room door. He is not scared to enter the grooming area and they do a great job every time!
