She has academic-level expertise and commitment go beyond mere training. With every lesson we felt her genuine desire to enhance the lives of both us and our dog. With most of the trainers we interviewed we could tell that profits trumped results. With Jenina it was clear that she was in it for the profound joy of seeing dogs and their owners thrive together. Her knowledge, patience, and personalized approach transformed us and our pup.Thank you, Jenina, for your unwavering dedication to our dog's well-being. You're simply exceptional!“

Los Angeles“Jocelyn has been so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in our sessions with our little rescue guy, Watson. We had been struggling and overwhelmed with leash reactivity, stranger danger, nervous and fearful behavior. She was able to guide us with game plans to manage and work on his behavior. We learned so much about dog behavior and body language. She was so patient and understanding with him. Her calm demeanor was very soothing for Watson and us as well! We’re all a work in progress, but we feel so much confident and capable on walks now and interactions. Just happy to have a better understanding of what Watson needs to thrive. Thank you, Jocelyn!“

5517 Myrtle Ave, Long Beach“I have known Alex for several years. He helped me with my last dog. I was just exasperated with Ben. He chewed up my furniture twice and was just a wild child! After taking Ben home to work with him he came back a changed dog. Most recently, Alex took my little Frenchie pup into his Board and Train program. He has a way of working with dogs using positive reinforcement and love. He also gives the owner the tools they need to continue the training at home. I would HIGHLY recommend Alex and the Dogfather Institute for all your training needs! Whether you have a problem dog, or just want your dog to learn some manners, Alex is your guy. I don't mean to sound like a commercial, I just really believe in what he does!!“

4872 Venice Blvd., Los Angeles“I am so happy (and relieved!) to have found Lili and PetCare LB. Our senior dog developed chronic pancreatitis 18 months ago and since then we have not felt comfortable leaving him in traditional boarding or with a petsitter. He takes several medications and while most of the time he is fine, he tends to stop eating when we're away and can take sudden dramatic downturns that need to be carefully managed (we almost lost him to a flareup last year and are still traumatized). Now that he's been stable for over a year, we asked our vet for a recommendation of a petsitter or boarder with medical training and he suggested Lili, whom he has worked with for several years. I can't overstate how amazing it was to find someone with so much experience and empathy who caters to pets like ours who need more support and attention. It was so reassuring to leave our dog with someone with the expertise to know how to handle any issues if they did arise. After a successful one-night stay with Lili we finally felt comfortable planning a long-delayed honeymoon trip knowing our pup was in good hands. We were gone for 12 days, during which time we got regular updates from Lili and our pup did great! We are so relieved to have found someone we can trust to take care of our baby if/when we need to travel. I can't recommend Lili and PetCareLB highly enough!“
“Oliver used to go to doggy daycare and sleep ALL DAY. Now he gets picked up and goes for a hike with various buddies - and I get a picture as proof. He's always grinning like a fool, as are his friends. He's clearly having a blast. Aly is the BEST and he adores her (I've seen them together) and she is good enough to get the prickles and foxtails off him after the hike. Then he's wiped out for the rest of the day. Can't say enough good things about them.“
“DEN Urban Dog Retreat adds so much to the beauty of this city, Los Angeles. I couldn't be more grateful for the paw-bulous work they do for doggies and their human parents alike. They offer a variety of services to enrich the doggies' integrative health. Thank you for existing and for your services!“

509 E Ave 43, Los Angeles“Michael is so so so good with our dog! We have a 1 year old pitbull rescue. She has issues with resource guarding her human and aggression protecting her home and human. He gave us effective tips and commands and worked with us both at his home and our home. We felt immediately relieved when he showed up and was able to control her aggression showing us that it IS possible. If you’re in need of a behavioral specialist, Michael is your guy! He knows his stuff!“

4045 190th St, Torrance“I can't believe I never wrote a review about my wonderful experience with Stacie! It has been about over a year and half since our last training session. I have a now 11 year old dog named Shin-Shin who we got as a puppy and was not trained properly. He was aggressive towards every living thing that wasn't a main family member but I knew he was a sweetie inside and wanted others to experience his kinder side. I took 8 training sessions and while he may not be perfect being as his old habits have stuck a bit, he's much more manegeable. My partner, who doesn't live with me, has admitted that he's like a different dog now. Before Shin-Shin made my partner nervous and always looked ready to attack but can now cuddle with him. It takes a lot of patience and observation to understand a dog and surely a lesson learned for any future pets I may have in the future. Stacie was so easy and friendly to work with utilizing positive and fun reinforcements only! She truly cares about the wellbeing of the relationship between the dog and human. Would go back to her in an instant if needed, highly recommend!!!“

8023 Beverly Blvd Suite 4, Los Angeles“Our favorite doggy daycare! We left our pups to board here during a long vacation and they had a great time. We loved the pupdates we got everyday and enjoyed seeing our dogs having a blast on their instagram stories. Ian and his staff make us feel so comfortable leaving our dogs with them. They are loving and kind, which makes us feel at ease since our dogs are anxious when they are apart from us. Sunset Barquis is clean, fun and my pups leave with wagging tails. Thank you!“
“Toby's knowledge and experience with dogs was evident from the moment we met him. He sat down and went over the behavior issues we needed to address with our two newly adopted Greyhounds taking notes and asking pertinent questions. After that he detailed various training methods that could be used, all based on his positive reinforcement approach. He showed us a better way to hold the leash when walking the dogs and what equipment we could get to help when walking a dog that constantly pulled. We took the dogs for a walk, the "puller" now outfitted with what Toby recommended, and the results were amazing, the pulling stopped!! We walked a mile and a half with Toby making suggestions and giving us pointers.Toby was professional, courteous and followed up with a written lesson plan of what was discussed and what he recommended. We could not have asked for better service and his suggestions are definitely working with our dogs after one sessions. We could not be happier with the service Toby provided and highly recommend him.“

855 N Alexandria Ave, Los Angeles“Dumont is an amazing dog walker/trainer and person. Our pup, Keely tends to be a bit uptight and reactive around other dogs and her time with Dumont and his pack walks has helped her relax and respond in a positive way. He has a special relationship with all his dogs and I feel 100% confident having him take care of our dog.“
“Silvano is amazing! He did such a wonderful job with our first baby Gimli, that Gimli essentially trained our puppy Fiona. We will still bring in Fiona for some brushing up. I can’t recommend him enough!“

I'm looking forward to working with Alexandra again.“

“Took my pup here to get spayed. Staff was very helpful and took great care of my pup. I also loved the price, which was under $400 for EVERYTHING (pre-exam, surgery, meds, and cone). I called around to other local animal hospitals, and everyone else was almost $1k or more! This place is a hidden gem“

We love that there is an app (Gingr) where we can watch several live cameras and where we get a report card each day that includes pictures. The staff are all very helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable about dogs. Meeko says 5 stars.“
“Was in town with my dog @petitmamapia for a work trip and needed a last minute day care service so a friend suggested collar & comb and the service was phenomenal!!!! I also added a bath for my baby girl after a long trip of traveling airports she needed a good scrub down. Aaron was incredible sending me photo updates through out the day. I love that I picked her up clean and she smelled so good!! Not overly perfumy like other groomers. Highly recommend collar and comb to any dog owners in the area needing a daycare or groomer!“
