We called Primo Plumbing late on a Saturday and Jordan came right away to help us out. We had water coming out of our showers and our toilets weren't flushing & he was able to diagnose the problem immediately. From the call to his arrival and clearing our line, it was under 2 hours! My family has worked with both Jordan and his father for all of our plumbing issues and we could not recommend them more.

I decided to contact Primo Plumbing after receiving a referral from a friend . I called them and their plumber Jordan answer the phone right away . I explained to him the problem I was having and he said he would be right over to fix the problem . Jordan arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call and he was able to diagnose the problem right away. I needed a new flush value. He also identified another problem with some leaking pipes and fixed that too . He was very professional and his work was of high quality . His pricing also was good as I had called other plumbers who wanted to charge more . I will be using him in the future for all my plumbing needs .

Update 2023: Primo is always great. Our 30 year old water heater rusted out, and Jordan was able to come the next day to replace it. Pickup, install, and haul away was so convenient. He also recommended a better quality brand that is longer lasting than your Home Depot specials. All in all, Primo is the best!
