“Very pleased with the response time and professionalism of Selina answering calls and setting appointments, and with the expertise and high quality work of Steve. Two years ago, Steve replaced our outdoor fan motor and high voltage absorption capacitor, prolonging the life of our ac unit until this week. Our 17-year-old ac unit stopped working on Monday, Steve came out Tuesday and gave us estimates within the hour of replacing our unit (the compressor was broken), and today (Saturday) our new unit is being set up! Considering it's the middle of summer, I'm super grateful that things moved so smoothly.I thank Steve for his great communication and hard work in the heat all day Saturday! He didn't leave until almost 8 p.m. because he wanted to make sure our a/c was running smoothly. Then he came Sunday to make a few adjustments to the new central heat system. I appreciate it!“

“My business in Long Beach had a clogged sewer line that had back up sewage going into the men's and ladies restrooms. Awful. It was 9:00 on a Friday night. I learned that a lot of companies say "24 hours", but they're not serious about it. SoCal Plumbing Service is not that company. They were there for me and because it was an emergency they put off a non-emergency to take care of me right away. It didn't take long and though it was not cheap (which I truly didn't expect after hours on a Friday night), they came thru clearing the pipe and avoiding sewage all over my business. Thank you Carlos and the rest of your team. I'll call you again, hopefully when it's not after hours!“

“They did an exceptional job with our 12 unit condo built in 1982. From day one I knew John and Ricardo had the crew and the experience to handle this large job for the owners. The crew was super hard working and efficient. They were well supervised and kept me (HOA Treasurer) and our President constantly informed. A lot of plumbers tried to bid this job. Be warned - most don't have workers comp which means no crew. Most are general household Mike Diamond types - they are not copper repipe specialists and we even had one that wanted to come up with some excuse to not pull a permit which was ridiculous. A four story building with old pipe - some encased in cement is no easy feat. A1 was A+ for me and many of the owners who were sick of leaks and seeing our insurance go through the roof. Highly recommend this great team. They really know their business and I cannot ever thank them enough for all they did!“

“So far, so good! Had a bathroom toilet leak and some other issues with a shower. A friend recommended Clint so I gave him a call. He was on time professional and very helpful. He replaced my kitchen faucet, gave me almost immediately the estimate of cost for repairing a toilet, and a shower, and miscellaneous work on another toilet. I felt very comfortable with his pricing and he took that into consideration that I am on a budget with a few different plumbing issues that need to be taken care of. After my shower is fixed I'll come back and post some photos of the end result. I know it's going to be fabulous“

“I had a guy from Rooter man LA come out regular sink clog dude said he could not fix it and that I needed it to get hydro jetted which would cost $2100 I knew this dude was a joke cause I’ve fixed this clog countless times but obviously the snake I use wasn’t big enough for the next clog, I called Mr. Fix it Plumbing in Long Beach CA my hometown before that got turned down by a few Plumbers for what reason I do not know Nick and Joe came out asked me what the problem was and boom 30 min my problem was fixed for $185 Nick told me they ask what the problem is cause they use a certain tool for a certain job which does make total sense when Nick answered I felt the dude was professional and can do the job told me just to hold tight cause there were busy with work and would get to me he kept his word, moral of the story search around but you don’t anymore cause I found a good Plumber so use them they fixed my problem to help me and my family in need def recommend and will use them and refer to people imagine I was d*** enough to take the LA Rooter guys advice I would be out of $2100 that’s rent money Happy HolidaysService: Drain cleaning“
