“I have trained with Denise at Fit Monkeys for about a year. She is extremely professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and cool. I had some body pain and she went above and beyond to help me get it sorted. She did research, modified our workouts, and gave me practical homework. I’m no longer in pain and when it flares up momentarily I use it as a reminder to do the moves Denise taught me. My goals were strength, stability, overall health. I believe I am in the best shape of my life because of my work with Denise. I have worked with several trainers and have never gotten this level of knowledgable support. The equipment is more than ample to target anyone's workout regime that Drea will customize depending on clients' goals across all fitness levels. Her passion in fitness and nutrition speaks for itself whenever you engage her and see her own dedication to her craft. “Kaylie is an amazing therapist.. I came to her with shoulder and elbow pain. The body work she does with her feet has helped to soothe the pain I had and helped relax my body.Additionally Kaylie suggested a variety of exercises to improve my posture which was contributing to the pain. The posture exercises are amazing! It only takes a few minutes each morning and the rest of the day is pain-free! I will continue to have Kaylie as my body therapist as she the best.“
