“I am SO happy to have found Mantra. I started off coming here through class pass because it was the only place remotely close to me that had classes available at 5:30am. Class pass begins to limit you on the good classes, so I decided that because I love the instructors and the level of the classes, I signed up for the unlimited membership. WORTH EVERY PENNY! I have been going 3-4 times a week now for 2 months and am so much more toned than before I starting going. My husband comments often on how much better my behind looks... so I must be doing something right. Paige is the most energetic instructor! She is always telling funny stories during class which makes you focus more on the story rather than your legs feeling like they are going to fall off. I love every single class. Lagree/ Pilates on the mega reformer focuses on every single muscle group so you walk out of the class feeling a full body workout“

“BEST F45 IN SOUTH OC! I'm not surprised this place already has such good reviews! I love this location, I'm always excited to come to workout because everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The coaches are excellent. Sandra, Caelan, Logan, David, and Kelly are AWESOME! When you attend the same time class every day, you get to know the same people which is nice. Always positive energy, and always leave feeling good If you have a myzone, you can connect to their screens and track your heart rate and all that. The place is always clean and the equipment is always in good condition.“

“I have tried other personal trainer for a short time and did not continue, feeling not making any progress and not being encouraged. I often hurt myself due to not perform the correct form. Thanks to Amy, that is different this time. She is great to spend time and even extra time if needed to explain and help me to do the correct form. Attention to details and doing right form have helped me not hurt after workout. I am glad that I have met Amy and plan to be her client for a long term. “Martial arts is an incredible experience for young children! My 6 & 4 year old (boy and girl) kids love going. Sensei Marco surreptitiously injects wisdom through the backdoor of their minds. Respect, discipline, reflex, mindful attention to directions, confidence, integrity shine through, all while playing fun games, doing tough exercises, learning technical self-defense moves, and watching their peers fail, try again, and succeed. “Perles Personal Training is the place to get in shape or stay in shape and improve. No matter whether you're a beginner or an experienced weightlifter/athlete, PPT can accommodate your needs. You don't have to start out too hard if you're a beginner, and a program can be set up that you enjoy doing. My body has been transformed. I knew a lot about training and exercise before starting, but I learned so much more. You can lose weight if that is your goal. I've observed a lot of their clients lose weight and build muscle. The chef's meal plans are convenient and reasonably priced if you choose to do the meal program, too. The meals plans helped with my weight loss and I believe they can help anyone. If you don't choose the meal plans, you will be given information about what you can eat to meet your goals. Having an experienced trainer observe what you and others are doing is incredible. It is so helpful. Having a trainer keep track of what you do and what you need to do on any given day takes the thinking out of it. It's hard to think about what exercises I need to do, but they will tell you what to do at no additional charge. PPT has towels available for use and water is provided if you don't bring a bottle. There are sanitizing wipes to wipe down equipment. The machines and equipment are quality and I enjoy the set up. The location is not huge like some of these places where you have to walk all over the place to get to the next machine. You can get on one machine and then hop on to the next. The meals on the plan taste good and will help. You can cancel the meals at anytime. You can even just purchase one meal if you want and if they are available. The membership is month to month and reasonably priced compared to the other places. I like the month to month because I started and then you don't want to stop. Month to month is nice because you can stop at anytime without a problem. If you're thinking about getting in shape or if you want to build muscle or get on a cardio plan, you should consider PPT.“

“Yesterday was my first drop in class at this Crossfit box. Even though I am experienced Crossfitter , this was the best warm welcoming I’ve ever experienced. The gym was immaculate, and clean . “Started in training with Eileen in the early 90's , moved to SD and came back after covid, She assists in the correct posture and movement during the workout to minimize any injury. She is currently at Palestra a small cozy gym ,in Dana Point that has just about everything . Eileen has cheered me on for many years . She is always willing to accommodate my busy schedule. She often will offer an extra training day if I need it. I love going because I get in there pretty stressed and come out a relaxed person. Mind and body . Even though I had seen a therapist for a couple months Kim has been helping me take my mental healing to the next level. “Last year I injured my right arm (my dominant one) in the gym and kept working out and lifting weight with it. I didn't realize how bad it was until it hurt to lift a travel mug out of my cup holder in my car and grip tongs while cooking. My elbow was also swollen, and I had off and on pain in the area of my right elbow. I could not straighten out my right arm in front of me, that is how bad my arm was. I was pretty sure I had lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow). I did not want to start epidural steroid facet injections for the pain or seek out surgery as I wanted to work on strengthening my arm back with physical/occupational therapy. I was advised to seek out a physical therapist at work to check it out. I work at a hospital and we have an ergonomics specialist/employee health physical therapist who came to my office to assess my injury and augment my office work station. She referred me to get a referral from my internist to get a consultation with an occupational therapist here at the Center for Rehab-Sports-Wellness. I met with Laura, one of the occupational therapists at the center for a consultation. I filled out a questionnaire about my injury and my impairment with daily activities that my injury has caused me. Laura was kind, friendly and compassionate while taking notes when consulting with me. She did grip strength exercises with my injured arm to assess my injury severity. My grip strength was impaired to the point where it was definitely less than my left arm strength, which is my non-dominant arm. I met with her once a month and began heat treatment, massage treatment, electrical muscle stimulation and strength training with light increasing weights and machine pulley work with weights in the center. She also recommended a vertical mouse for use at work and home which positions you hand and arm more ergonomically. She also taught me how to tape up my arm with kinesiology tape which I wore regularly to the gym and work during my recovery. Laura is fantastic. She is compassionate about what she does and truly cares about her patients. My approximately 45 minute to 1 hour long sessions were physically and emotionally strengthening for me as she took time to explain things to me and really cared about helping me getting full function of my arm again. There are two full-time occupational therapists at the center. Richard is the other OT. He is a kind, professional and great therapist, also. I had regular scheduled sessions with Laura but one week when I was not able to schedule with her, I had occupational therapy with RIchard. After each month, I was reassessed by Laura and it was submitted through my medical insurance to get approval for more therapy as my injury recovery progressed. I ended up going for four months and I can lift things without pain now start gradual weight and strength training back in the gym with my right arm. The staff at the front desk are kind and helpful, also. Not only is this a physical therapy and occupational therapy office but there is a full gym inside that I had access to and many patients use during their rehab. I cannot say enough about how great my care here was. I would recommend this center to anyone who has incurred a sports injury or been in an accident or needs to rehab post stroke or other medical condition.“

This allows you to improve your exercises progressively, while maintaining breath and range of motion.
