“I started at Train-X around 4 months ago. I was suffering from broken rib cartilage and with a combination of training and recovery modalities I was back in action in 1/2 the time. The red light therapy technology they have on site was a god send when it came to the recovery process.I have also been focusing on golf specific training after a 3yr hiatus from the game and have increased my clubhead speed 8-10mph in just 4 months. I always look forward to my time at Train-X.“

“Phil is absolutely a pro. This is really a small boutique physical therapy. Meaning that you really get individual care without a lot of people in the facility with you. My wife and I have both gotten exceptional care from bio fix for our shoulders and unfortunately I am back again for a knee replacement. Unfortunately they do not accept my insurance at this time, but well worth paying out-of-pocket, even though I could go anywhere somewhere else, my insurance will pay in full.“
