“I LOVE Litel's fast-paced, fun classes! I have never found a fitness class i loved or could stick with but her classes are 50 min including the warm-up and stretch so it's over fast but still a really fun, great work out! As i am heading into menopause my body wasn't where i wanted it but taking her classes changed my entire body!!!“

“I’ve had Michelle as my trainer and I couldn’t rave more about her knowledge as a personal trainer and her attention to detail on how she caters to her client. There are not many gyms in Newport that empower people to be strong and confident in building strength. If you want to experience a trainer that builds you up and helps you meet your goals- go see this gym! It’s extremely disappointing to see 1-star reviews that have no substance, experiences, and complaining about a dog being present.“

“I have been training with Roy for over ten years and he never ceases to amaze me. His depth of knowledge is beyond compare, yet he is able to explain complicated bio-mechanical functions to me in an understandable, conversational manner. He is very adaptable and has modified my workouts over the years to coincide with both my immediate needs, such as dealing with various injuries that pop up from time to time, and my long-term goals, from losing maternity weight to conditioning for various aspects of my martial arts practice (I am not a golfer!). He has been an invaluable part of my health and well-being. And he makes the workouts fun as well. Whatever your fitness needs/goals are, you won't be disappointed!“

You won't believe how skilled and dedicated Dr Mike is to knowing the patient, grasping the arc they've been on AND planning and sharing THE BEST pathway to high speed recovery. AND he gave me all the skills and tools to keep moving forward. From a painful 1/4 mile walk sometimes, I'm loving 3 or 4 miles several times each week. From confused and upset, I know what to do for pain, what to do to be limber to really walk, and this has flipped my struggle with back pain and movement issues. Also, I'm clear on HOW MUCH I CAN SAFELY DO without risking any injury.Dr Mike got my fear of "blowing out that knee again" and set me up to be both STRONG and SAFE. Dr Mike never lets off, gives up, or says "no." He will sometimes pause, ask me to be quiet - and then the miracle somes. We try different things. Suddenly I have a specific new exercise or activity that solves my roadblock and keeps my moving. I've had great PT over a few decades since a tough injury. “I was recently blessed with a baby boy, which triggered my weight loss journey. I challenged myself to take an 8-week fitness challenge. The first week was really tough, but with constant motivation and support from the coaches, I made it to 5.5 weeks. I must say the results are visible - I lost around 14 pounds and my energy levels are at an all-time high.I would really like to thank all the coaches, but a special thanks goes to Shawn for the constant motivation and guidance for doing it right, Ashley for the nutritional help and Lecia for constant encoragement.“
