F45 Training Newport Beach

I was recently blessed with a baby boy, which triggered my weight loss journey. I challenged myself to take an 8-week fitness challenge. The first week was really tough, but with constant motivation and support from the coaches, I made it to 5.5 weeks. I must say the results are visible - I lost around 14 pounds and my energy levels are at an all-time high.I would really like to thank all the coaches, but a special thanks goes to Shawn for the constant motivation and guidance for doing it right, Ashley for the nutritional help and Lecia for constant encoragement.

I left the same review for CDM but since the majority of the awesome staff who really make these places go work at both I'm going to post this here too. Definitely give F45 a try if you want a challenge! Are you looking for the best of both worlds then seriously consider giving F45 a try. Do you want personal training but not one on one. Someone to push you, correct your form, cheer you on but don't want to pay a fortune for one on one level training, that can also be awkward especially on a day maybe your aren't feeling it? 100% the best F45, amazing place to workout! Lecia runs a great studio with top trainers, shout out Shawn and Hussein! All the sessions are fun, inclusive and we enjoy being part of the F45 Newport Beach family. Would recommend to anybody! Callum & Hannah
