I have tried all the workout studios in the area and nothing compares to F45 and the community that has been built at the Bressi Ranch location. Even with 20 plus people in a class, you feel like you are having your own personal trainer coach you along. I love that you can go at your own pace and that each exercise is customized to fit your needs. Best workout ever!
I have been at this location for a couple of years. The workouts are challenging every day. The trainers take great care to ensure proper form and are encouraging. The facility is always super clean. Definitely worth the cost.
F45 was the best decision I made for myself in the last year. Every class, every coach, is so amazing! There is nothing better than rolling in, getting to listen to funky jams, dance a lil, and get your (very sweaty) workout in and done for the day. The community is so supportive and I wouldn't have it any other way! Thank you Bressi Ranch F45! You are the GOAT!
