FLxR is AWESOME!! The gym is very welcoming and organized, you can schedule your classes through the app making things super quick and easy. The trainers are very hands on and helpful inside amd outside the gym. I Love FLxR ❤️
Best CrossFit I’ve ever been to! The gym extremely clean, the classes are AMAZING! And the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I’m not the strongest person but the classes are always tailored for both athletes and newcomers. I never feel out of place even though I don’t lift heavy. The team makes me feel confident and strong. All the workouts are helping me achieved my fitness goals. The members are kind and supportive of each other. I’m so happy I found this community!
Came to one class on a free trial through Class Pass and enjoyed it so much I joined the next day. Still a new join, but every instructor and member I’ve met has been great. Plenty of class times for flexible schedules and every workout has scaling for a wide range of skill sets and/or injuries.
