Ahoy fitness pilgrims and wandering souls looking for a temple to shred those 'extra layers'! I must tell you about this sanctuary in Carlsbad, CA, where you're more likely to find a six-pack than a six-pack of beer (though, hey, balance is key). Yes, I'm talking about the one and only Yofit, run by the dynamic duo Cal and Staci. These folks know their stuff, and by 'stuff,' I mean turning couch potatoes into lean, mean, gym-loving machines.Before Yofit, I was 215 lbs of "mostly human," and by that I mean a body composition that was two parts jiggly to one part wiggly. Joined this fitness studio about two months ago and haven’t looked back since! You can feel the energy shift when you walk in. The owners are both very uplifting and train hard. I have seen results from their customizable program quicker than any other fitness program I have tried. I love them and their studio!!!!

Yofit is AMAZING!!!!! If I could give this place 100 stars I would. The trainers are amazing, they are so encouraging and kind. Just overall an amazing place and I can't say enough good things about them. I think everyone should go there!!!!
