“This review was a long time coming but this speaks to the impact that Scott had on my mindset about fitness. My husband and I hired Scott back in May of 2023 for a 12 week personalized, virtual plan. In a perfect world, we could have worked with a trainer in person with access to all sorts of expensive equipment but we're both busy and neither of us really like being in a crowded gym. Scott's online training program seemed like it was the ticket. My goal was to build muscle and core strength. I've always been fit but could never get over the finish line of having a muscular physique. Scott helped prepare a program that used what we had in our home gym and that was personalized to our likes and hobbies. I'm a runner and a cyclist. I didn't want to give those up and I didn't have to. He was thoughtful to craft a plan that fit each of us. The dietary plan coordinated by Lexy was a big part of the puzzle, as well. The plan was challenging but not overwhelming and it was nice to have weekly check ins with Scott for the confidence boost and feedback. By about week 8, I really started to see the difference. I don't think I'm a vain person but it really feels nice when friends and family greet you at events and say "wow". Especially being just shy of 40. Since finishing the 12 weeks, I got married ( planned and hosted the wedding), bought a house, renovated said house, watched said house get flooded in a storm, re-renovated it, had emergency surgery, and changed careers. You would think all of this would knock one off the wagon but the knowledge, technique, and confidence I took away from working with Scott really stuck and helped me develop healthy habits and to maintain a focus on the "vision".“

“I hate working out. Hate everything about it. I had always managed to stay relatively fit through sports and activities. Then injuries and age kicked in. Put on way too much weight and realized I needed to find something. Tried gym memberships... Had no idea what to do. Tried a couple crossfit gym's... was pushed way too hard. Finally found F45 La Costa/Pointsettia. The workouts are fantastic. You can make them extremely difficult to push yourself or you can cruise through while staying active. The coaching staff is excellent and all offer extensive knowledge in the world of fitness. They also know when to push and when to let me be which I very much appreciate. Started my f45 journey around 2 years ago at 225 now holding at a strong 180. Feeling healthy and now ENJOY working out!! Thank you, Jason and Team.“

“Love this gym! They just get me. I need the motivation they supply, they make it fun, personal, and it's beautiful and newly redecorated. Marcus has been consistently running a great business for years, and my trainer Lane works closely with me because I have back and balance issues. He is encouraging and makes it fun. I had started going to physical therapy for my back and noticed everything they were doing in physical therapy I was already doing with Lane. He always make sure I'm comfortable with the exercises we do, and it certainly has worked well for me. Thank you guys for all you do!“

“Electrum performance is by far the best gym I've trained at! The coaches on the floor are extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and are there if you have any questions at all regarding form, a potential injury you may need to work around, or just targeting a specific muscle group that can be difficult to target. The workout programs that are given are curated just for you for any and all of your fitness goals/needs! Whether you're a bjj athlete looking to improve your stamina, improve your grip, gain strength, or just someone who wants that strategic and serious workout plan, this is the perfect gym! The atmosphere is extremely positive and the community is delightful to be around. “Cannot speak highly enough about these guys at Ascension. I worked with Ciaràn and Gavin and they helped me go from unable to run completely, to back running 60 miles a week in no time. “Roger is a great trainer.In joining a gym, I look to whether I can maintain my workout routine at a place for a long and get the desired results. The machines don’t matter as much as the mental motivation I need to go to a place in a routine to workout.Roger opens people up and makes his gym a small community where people hang out and workout together. This makes people want to come to the gym to workout. Even if someone’s not in the mood to work out, the community pulls them in.Roger also takes care of diet and makes sure his clients follow discipline in their routine to get the desired results. “The first time I saw Boaz, I had dislocated my SI joint and could barely walk or move. He fixed it straight away and I left his office significantly improved. Unfortunately, I have done the same thing to my SI joint a number of times since and I always know Boaz will correct the problem and make my back feel better. Because of sports and work ergonomics, I also get significant upper back and shoulder tightness/pain. My favorite sports are swimming and tennis and I really want to stay active – Boaz always manages to make everything feel better and keep me moving. I trust in his expertise because he always knows exactly what is wrong and how to correct it. I highly recommend him.“

“I got into an accident a few months ago and was recommended to come here for physical therapy by my doctor. It seems like they are pretty well known here since I see patients from all sorts of injuries. They have athletes that come here who hurt them self as well as patients that need physical therapy from accidents. When I first got here they started off with a consultation to see where my pain was and the severity of it. The doctors were very knowledgeable and pinpointed what was wrong with me. He said that the cause of my back aches were from these two lower points on my back that was close to my hips. He passed upon it and showed that there was pain there which I didn't knew was there. He said that it would alleviate the pain with some physical therapy and some cortisone shots. After 3 months of physical therapy and the shots I was pretty much cured. They instructed me to do some exercises once their treatment was done and it really helped. Don't hesitate to come here because they know what they are doing. I wanna thank one the girls that worked on my, she was doing the accupressure part and really did wonders. I think that's the part that help me the most.“

“I started going to F45 PQ twice a week about two months ago after doing the 7 day trail. I love the atmosphere, the community, and most importantly the energy of all the coaches there. What matters to them most is your well being rather than anything else. At least that's my observation so far. Their workout schedule works very well for me too. I love all their strength and cardio exercises. They are very diverse and not boring at all. I used to do cross fit and I think F45 is more fun. After each class I feel like all my muscles have worked in the best way possible. I recommend their classes to anyone especially to women and moms like myself. It's the best self care possible and is a great investment on your health ;)“

“The attention to detail and the knowledge Andy has about anatomy is unmatched. He will not let you do a movement wrong but will gently guide you into the correct position so you engage the right muscles. He explains how the muscles move so clearly which helps his clients understand why each movement is important. Andy is interesting, genuine and fun. I highly recommend him to my patients that want to strengthen weak muscles post injury.“
