Cannot speak highly enough about these guys at Ascension. I worked with Ciaràn and Gavin and they helped me go from unable to run completely, to back running 60 miles a week in no time. I highly recommend Ascension if you want to get strong, get healthy, and be in a positive environment all the while you’re at it. Get in there ASAP!

I first went to see Ciaran for treatment of some injuries years ago from my cycling and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and encouraging! I felt he helped me tremendously. Ciaran is the best!! He made a huge difference in ACL/meniscus recovery. He helped get me back on the court playing volleyball so quickly, and has continued to help me get stronger and move better. Most importantly he’s helping me prevent injury in the future. If you aren’t going to Ascension, you’re missing out!!!
