Wonderful pilates studio with the best instructors! My husband and I have been coming here for a while now and absolutely love the clean, convenient, and well equipped studio but most importantly we love our wonderful private instructor Hope! She is extremely knowledgeable, super attentive, caring, and overall a wonderful teacher as we learn and continue to evolve our pilates practice!
Last fall I walked into a Pilates studio for the first time looking for a new challenge for myself. I am a dedicated spin cycler but wanted to become more flexible, stronger in my core, and improve my balance. I have been amazed at my progress and know that I am more flexible and fit than I’ve been in years. Pilates of SD in Fairbanks Ranch is clean and welcoming, and Hope is a particularly excellent instructor who is fun, caring, and encouraging, and who changes up my workouts so they are never boring while I continue to progress. Bravo!
Pilates of San Diego has changed me forever. I have gone to classes at both Del Mar and Fairbanks, and each class, each instructor has my personal physical wellness as their highest priority. I can't begin to say how much I enjoy pilates, and my enjoyment is a result of the dedicated and caring instructor of Pilates of San Diego. Thank you !
