I've been coming to Charming Nails & Spa for about 2 years now. I probably visited 3 to 4 times a year. It's a pretty good place to go if you want a nice pedicure/ manicure. You can easily book your appointment over the phone within a week to secure a spot. I would say the nail estheticians are pretty pateint and skillful. There were times I wanted to get nail art but I wasn't quite statisfied with the colour/ design. Except this most recent one, Lisa nailed it 100% (shout out to Lisa)! She spent 1.5 hours on my nails and they were absolutley beautiful. Exactly what I was hoping to get. I left the salon feeling so satisfied and happy.

So I was skeptical when I called for a same day appointment, but lucky for me. They were able to accommodate my schedule for a much needed massage within 15 minutes of me calling!!! I was so grateful for this accommodation, thank you Nattha and staff at the Metrotown Saba Thai! Nattha used her body weight, hands, fingers, and forearms to relax my neck, shoulders, thighs and back where it needed knots to be worked out. Had such an amazing experience with Staci. I got a nipple piercing done after having removed my previous ones due to migration. Come to find out I was pierced incorrectly before and even though it has only been a day I can already tell that the healing process will be much better this time. My previous ones did not ever fully heal. Can't wait to get the other one done in a few months. Cannot recommend staci enough. She's so knowledgeable and makes herself available for any questions afterward if there are any concerns. Very happy with my experience this time, as usually I faint and/or throw up with needles (even with vaccines etc) and this piercing gave me just normal dizziness issues but it passed with a little time. I went through many reviews in many different tattoo/piercing places in the lower mainland before landing on staci and seeing how well recommended she is and after my experience as well, I see why. Definitely make the trip if you live out of the way. It is well worth it. I traveled from whiterock to see her. I am extremely happy with her work. ?
First time going here! Open until 9pm on a Tuesday taking walk ins! Got both my nips done, $104 with regular piercing and jewelry. I spent extra to get titanium with opals and it was still so cheap!! They were incredibly friendly and professional, the piercing was fast and very well done. I don't know their name but the person with short pink hair was so great. I will be back. The pricing, service, cleanliness, professionalism and the overall experience was 10/10.

After calling several plumbers who were too busy to come out, he came out within the hour and didn't charge the standard inspection fee as he trusted that I needed the work to be done that day. We had two sinks from the bathroom and kitchen that were connected that clogged as the previous plumber did a poor job on the piping and only had 1 p trap with no clean out. I was impressed with his recommendation to fix the clogging by installing 2p traps with modern clean out caps. He also redid the piping and unclogged all the pipes in our house with special industrial cleaning powder and hot water. His rates were also very reasonable, so I highly recommend this company. No need to get multiple quotes when you deal with this honest, reputable, knowledgeable and professional company.

I am renting an Apartment built around 3 years ago and C.I.R Mechanical Ltd was in charge of its plumbing works. My kitchen pull-down hose was leaking and I could not find it anywhere. I called CIR desperately and talked with Steve. After a few days he found the part and I did not have to pay for the part (life-time warranty). My point is, Steve really could simply say I cannot find the hose, however, he went beyond and above his job to solve the problem.

I called on Saturday afternoon and spoke with Patrick. We had two old-style florescent light fixtures in a storage room. The light bulbs were dead and are no longer made. Where do I begin... We recently had a problem with our kitchen fridge, which created a problem with the flooring, and it needed replacing. Along the way, we decided to also redo the kitchen. I worked with Metrotown Flooring Center on multiple occasions, and they always delivered the best results, which satisfied us. They have a very attentive, friendly staff; they helped us make design decisions, found a trustworthy trade to organize the work with minimal delays and always kept in touch to ensure we were happy with the service. I came across Val-U Flooring as a first time homebuyer wanting to renovate the floors of my condo. I was immediately impressed with their knowledge and after seeing it was a family business at the showroom, I trusted they would do a great job and they went above and beyond. Not only was the work completed on time(!), I decided to add new tiles and a bathroom renovation which they completed to perfection while being incredibly hardworking, kind and reliable the entire time. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and results!

Raymond so graciously did an on-call consultation with us after hours to look at samples as I work 9-5 and their store hours are 9-5. He provided us with a very very reasonable quote and came to the location the following week to inspect.
The quote was only slightly changed but still agreed and made the deposit.
An emergency happened on my end the day before the installation and Raymond was very kind to reschedule to our needs.
The day of service. The crew came and did their thing. Its a 750sft apartment and got it done in one day. 10:30am-7:30pm. (appreciate the one day installation!)

Hazim is GREAT. We worked with him through Home Depot, and despite Home Depot screwing up our order on three separate occasions, Hazim was an absolute dream and did his best to fix all of their shortcomings, which he did seamlessly. He went above and beyond working for my senior mother - going out of his way to set her mind at rest, extra pre-work visits to confirm things, excellent work, clean and tidy throughout the process. If only other contractors were like Hazim. Can't recommend him highly enough!
We have recently completed our home renovation with Henderson Projects and are very pleased with the results! Jeff and his team delivered high quality within very tight timelines. In fact, we couldn't have met our move-in deadline without them. Jeff and our project manager Alex helped coordinate the trades, was great about listening to our feedback, and checked in regularly to make sure we were happy with the progress. Even when we hit a couple of surprises (as happens when renovating an older home), they found solutions and ensured the right people were brought in to keep us on track. In a very short period of time, we were able to update an older home we'd purchased to have a much more modern, open, light feel with lots of extra space. We moved two walls, got rid of all popcorn ceilings, added new pot lights, paint and handrailings. Our favorite part is the new set of barn doors in the open den with a new sliding door to highlight a beautiful view of the backyard. What an impact. Now we can settle in and enjoy! This is the second reno I've done with LJH construction and both have been as close to perfect as renovations get. Leandross and his team are a pleasure to work with. My most recent experience was the gutting and complete renovation of a bathroom. The attention to detail, the quality of the work, the quality of the materials and the professionalism of the whole crew from architect, office team and tradespeople resulted in a renovation that exceeded my expectations. We planned to design a feature wall with an electric fireplace and TV mounted. Among all the teams that visited us and provided us the schedule and quote, George was the only one who could earn our trust to engage him in this project. I sketched our design in AutoCAD and provided George the layout and dimensions. He spent more than 90 minutes in his first visit to go over the design and clarify all dimensions of the project. Then he gave us his business card indicating “Affordable”, “Reliable”, “Professional”. After he completed the project, we not only can endorse him for being reasonable, reliable, and professional but also we would like to add that he is precise and punctual. He delivered the project a few days before the deadline which have met all our expectations. At some point, we had to stop him from being so much picky in paying attention to the dimensions with two digits of accuracy. George went above and beyond and even covered some minor modifications that we had in the initial designs. His quote never changed over conducting the project even though he observed some obstacles that slowed down his progress at the time. Words cannot express how grateful we are for the service that George has provided us and we have reservation to promote his business! Thank you George!

Had a phone call to go over the details, and then scheduled an inspection meeting for next day. Discovered we had dilapidated paneling and it was a potential opening for mice to come in. Got a quote upfront of the estimated cost/work involved to patch it up. Scheduled another day to come in to do the patchwork, which took about 3-4 hours. FYI, this included GARDENING and I was so impressed at how thorough and serious they took the job. After it was done, we were sent a very detailed invoice with a description of all the work done.Fast-forward to January: 3 of the mouse traps got triggered, so they were still coming in somehow. Pest Boss quickly scheduled in another day to reinspect our property. Found some suspect areas and one more potential entryway that got missed the first time -- all got reinforced.Pest problems WILL require multiple trips and continuous "monitoring", but this company is super patient about it. Gives me confidence that they can squash the problems even if they return.

Greeted nicely when I arrived. Dr Daelyn and I spoke about my pain and then she worked on me. Almost immediately I could tell it was working. After the Dr. Was finished there was a definite change in my mobility and pain level. Dr. Daelyn was intentive, knowledgeable and her experience made the first visit well worth my time.
I was going through a terrible lower backache, which limits my mobility then had my very first experience of chiropractic treatment with Dr Lee.
I was hesitant to go as I don’t know what to expect honestly but I’m glad i did because after getting treatment I felt better, I was relieved from the pain. They also do the 15 minute massage with the machine which was exceptionally relaxing.
I highly recommend Dr Lee, he gives you detailed explanations on your condition for better understanding as well as giving advice on which exercises are suitable for your needs.
His staff were also helpful and friendly. They were such an impressive team I am extremely grateful for.

He is the first and the only one who told me not to go back to see him when I get well because he rather give other people who really needed to see him a chance first. I really like that i could book to see him the next day after i get injured and he would fix my problems right away. It is a luxury to me. I came here for the first time for a cremation after my pacman frog, Murphy, passed. I was embarrassed to be so heartbroken over the death of a frog, but everyone went so far out of their way to support and sympathize with me that I was instantly comfortable. They were so sensitive and kind during the procedure, and allowed me to have him cremated with his favourite log. They listened to my stories about him and treated both me and him with more respect than I'd ever expect for the loss of an amphibian. They even allowed me to upgrade the type of container I'd receive for his cremains. I cannot recommend this clinic enough for their skill at navigating emotionally fraught situations, and I had the distinct impression that these values extend to all of their care. I would go back to see them in an instant.

Christina, Victoria, and Sabrina all went above and beyond looking after me and my pup. We were just traveling through town for one day and I needed a safe place for my dog to stretch his legs after a long flight, and to get a nice bath and tidy while I was busy for a few hours. Christina and Victoria helped plan our stay and upon arrival they were expecting and ready for us. Sabrina the groomer did an exceptional job giving my dog the nail buff and trim exactly as I asked for. My dog enjoyed playing with all the other doggies at daycare. Everyone who works there is also exceptionally kind and welcoming and you really get the vibe of a locally owned community business which feels good to be supporting. Next time I’m visiting Vancouver, I will plan around another daycare and spa appt for my happily retuning pup.

I’ve been seeing Jessica Chau (RMT) and it’s been great. I used to have sore spots from working out and my desk job and I feel so much better since I started. She taught me cool tips on how to mitigate pain at home as well which has been useful.
They are nice and good at their job. My only complain is they are busy ? and hard to get a spot! I worked with Emily mostly and she is cool and knowledgeable.
Peniby is such a great person who deserves all the praise she is getting. Besides doing work that truly leaves you feeling better, she cares. Peniby cares about you and wants to see you get better. It’s not usual to meet someone who has such a huge heart and does what they do because they thrive off of seeing you get well. I've had neck, shoulder and back pain for years since I was 20 years old.I have minor scoliosis and I seek chiropractic treatment once every week.Daily chores, my job and my bad posture would put tighten up the musclesand give me weekly headaches. It was disrupting my work and life.I have seen many registered massage therapists for over 24 years, but noneof them could ever work deep into my muscle.I found Kathy and I've been going to her for years. She knows wherethe trigger points are and she works on them.Many times I would come in with a headache and she knew where to work on and the headache was gone! She is that good!In my situation I rather see her than see a register massage therapist.If you have serious muscle tension that's been built up for years, you need to see Kathy!

Recommend the RMT massage by Minna. Most RMT's do a targeted massage of the affected area only, but Minna was professional and kind enough do a full body massage in addition to the pain points. The tension in my neck/shoulder was relieved after the massage. The front desk staff were very courteous and were able to direct bill to my 2 insurances. They should develop their website to allow for online booking though. Right now it looks like only phone booking is available.

Tanja is a very talented therapist that I have been regularly seeing for a couple of years. She is knowledgeable in treating my chronic pain from a motor vehicle accident. Her healing touch takes away any muscle pain, tension and stress. I highly recommend Tanja.
In Total therapy Metrotown everybody is friendly and I always feel welcome. Colin is an excellent Physiotherapist and a great person too. He knows his job, he’s very caring, he listen all the patient’s complains regarding the injured areas and he always find the way to decrease the pain and helps the patient to get better.

I have been coming to Luke and Theresa's clinic since 2012, they are by far, the best acupuncturists. I have tried 5 other places in the GVRD and no one provides the relief that I get from here. They provide EA electro-acupuncture, cupping and massage during the treatment which releases my shoulder knots. Their treatment gets me lasting, highly effective relief that I can't get from my weekly deep tissue sport massage and chiro visits. These treatments are highly effective for my chronic migraines and pain. They are absolutely the best.

MT is a great driving school. I took classes for class 5 road test with Hung. He is a great instructor with excellent customer service. He was always on time, flexible with my schedule needs and always understanding if I had to cancel or reschedule class due to family circumstances. Highly recommend, passed from first try!
Roanne was good at scheduling my driving lessons despite having a busy schedule. Doel is a good driving instructor as he is very patient and understanding with my lack of driving skills. I was able to pass my road test on my first try.
I had Dave as my driving instructor and he was fantastic. He is flexible when booking lessons and will accommodate where possible. He provides lots of feedback throughout the lessons and guides you through various situations that would be relevant to the actual road test. I would highly recommend Best Driving School and Dave specifically. I passed and got my N on the first try thanks to him! Lots of practice, his calm demeanor and his guidance definitely helped me to get there. Make sure to ask lots of questions too!

Hi I have recently had a wonderful experience with Gold Star. I was able to complete my MELT program in a month. Thank Tom, Rob, Baba and Greg for their wonderful advice. They are a well organized school that set your schedule based on your free time. Online theory class let me to do my full-time job during the course. I highly recommend this school for their discipline and experienced instructors.
I have been driving for a while yet class 4 unrestricted is next level. JP was an excellent teacher.
