We have had Renata taking care of our place this past year with regular check ins and immediate responses to any emergencies! She is always so amazing, pleasant and efficient. She just removed an incredibly large wasp nest from our place- one in a very very tough spot with difficult access. She followed up to ensure it was gone too. Update:Kurtis called me right away, and he was able to discuss my issues and willing to schedule new tech visit (free of charge to deal with the issue we should have done last year) to meet with me and go over the areas we have issue with. He also confirm that he will have our auto renew program cancelled.====We had mouse dropping in our basement last year, and we call Terminix for free consultation. The tech came in and did a quick walk around our house, then he say there is no issue with our house. He place 3 bait stations in the basement and 2 on the outside, he recommend we should get home care program that guarantee for any pest issue in a year. We thought that...read full review
