I am so happy to find them and specially Miss Alejandra Junco who managed to get the best service and even 2moth extra free service to sove my problem and get rid of rodents from my house. Very warm & courteous reception to my initial call after hours to the Company from CEO/Owner Tim, who then provided a very professional & scientific explanation of my problem issue with Pharoh Ants. I called next day to request service & the Executive assistant Alejandra scheduled an appointment within a few hours. The attending Technician Sean with 25 plus years of experience in the business was prompt on time, courteous & professional, applying real 'bait food' in hard to reach places, like behind the stove & fridge, explaining both what & why for his actions. I had a great experience with the service. They were not only affordable, but also incredibly helpful and accommodating. Their team went above and beyond to address my concerns and provide effective solutions. They were also very patient and knowledgeable with my dozens of questions. They were also very good with my old dog who doesnt like being locked up, they just let him follow them around and supervise.I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of pest control.
