“tl;dr: Super responsive, quick to follow-up, very thorough invoice with notes, super knowledgeable and hard working tech. 10/10 would recommend Pest Boss!!In November, we had a mice problem (normal in Vancouver) plaguing our house. Had a phone call to go over the details, and then scheduled an inspection meeting for next day. Discovered we had dilapidated paneling and it was a potential opening for mice to come in. Got a quote upfront of the estimated cost/work involved to patch it up. Scheduled another day to come in to do the patchwork, which took about 3-4 hours. FYI, this included GARDENING and I was so impressed at how thorough and serious they took the job. After it was done, we were sent a very detailed invoice with a description of all the work done.Fast-forward to January: 3 of the mouse traps got triggered, so they were still coming in somehow. Pest Boss quickly scheduled in another day to reinspect our property. Found some suspect areas and one more potential entryway that got missed the first time -- all got reinforced.Pest problems WILL require multiple trips and continuous "monitoring", but this company is super patient about it. Gives me confidence that they can squash the problems even if they return.“
