These folks are very professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. The work was done quickly and any minor questions and/or issues I wanted addressed were discussed and completed without question (and again quickly). I had reached out to Al Eris during the installation, and several times since, with questions about timing, upkeep etc and he's been amazing to deal with- great service model.

I found Metrotown to be easy to deal with. I dealt with Bryon and Sinan and found them to be both pleasant and professional. They followed up to ensure that there were no issues. I was extremely happy with the end result.

They are very professional and patient, to a newbie this was a great relief. Our condo was renovated from top to bottom last year and Metrotown Floors+Interior were in charge of the cabinets, counters, hardwood floor, and all tiling in the photos. They have a great selection in their showroom. No renovations go perfectly, when I moved back in and noticed some issues they were quick to resolve them. I took away 1 star because these issues were preventable. We put our condo up for sale in late January 2024 and it sold in 3.5 weeks.
