“I visited over 12 places lwith my contractor. He took me to all the “top” spots and the places with the “best deals”. We were looking for a high end engineered hardwood for herringbone design floor. Something not everyone carries or if they do it is limited options and the quality is low, and price is high. Then I stumbled across Leader Flooring remembering my mother had bought vinyl planks here before for an amazing price which had proved to be great quality over time. I came here on my own without my contractor just as a last resort and they had exactly the ONE product I had had my eye on but was having a hard time justifying the price. He was able to get me the exact floor I wanted (same make, model, colour etc) for significantly cheaper!! The other vendor after much negotiation with my Contractor had given us a price which was $.75 cents a foot higher, so we cancelled that and went forward with Leader Flooring saving us around $2k. Abdulla the owner was also very helpful, kind and great to deal with. We will always come here from now on as they have the best selection and truly the best prices.“

My subfloor was in terrible condition due to a previous contractor's bad job laying SPC. Ali and his team came to my rescue, finding the correct solution, self-levelling, and using dedicated products and spike tools for the job. They were professional, careful, and empathetic throughout the process, manually applying concrete to save my wardrobe. Ali took the time to explain every step and showed me photos from previous jobs, which helped me trust them during the quote visit. The subfloor is now safe and much better than before.“

“Had to get rid of some really old disgusting carpet and I shopped around for the best deal without sacrificing service.Raymond so graciously did an on-call consultation with us after hours to look at samples as I work 9-5 and their store hours are 9-5. He provided us with a very very reasonable quote and came to the location the following week to inspect.The quote was only slightly changed but still agreed and made the deposit.An emergency happened on my end the day before the installation and Raymond was very kind to reschedule to our needs.The day of service. The crew came and did their thing. Its a 750sft apartment and got it done in one day. 10:30am-7:30pm. (appreciate the one day installation!)We were super super happy with the work. I was a little nervous as he mentioned they typically work with developers and contractors but they did such an amazing job, couldn't be more please.Thank you Raymond and the team!“
