Ali and his team did an outstanding job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone facing a similar situation. My subfloor was in terrible condition due to a previous contractor's bad job laying SPC. Ali and his team came to my rescue, finding the correct solution, self-levelling, and using dedicated products and spike tools for the job. They were professional, careful, and empathetic throughout the process, manually applying concrete to save my wardrobe. Ali took the time to explain every step and showed me photos from previous jobs, which helped me trust them during the quote visit. The subfloor is now safe and much better than before.

this place did an awesome job with my flooring ! customer service was top notch, so kind and caring and truly care about giving an amazing experience, job was done well and efficiently and could not reccomend a place more ! 5 stars isn’t enough!

Visited the store after a long time and was impressed by the improvements under the new management. The store looks fantastic - well-organized and welcoming. The staff are friendly and professional, providing excellent customer service. A big thumbs up for the positive changes!
