Our kitten has been in the care of Dr. Puneet Chahal for the last 6 months and my sister and I could not be happier. Dr. Chahal is very knowledgeable and clearly cares a lot about animals.The staff at the hospital are also very friendly, and prices are really reasonable. Barely any wait times if we come in with an appointment.

My 18 and half years old dog Daniel got help from Dr. Han here and everyone here is very friendly. I introduced JoJo, a 7-year-old Pekingese from a friend of mine, to come here for a physical check-up, and they were also very satisfied.

We came to Dr Hans after having a rather poor experience with a different new west/burnaby vet. Although it was a difficult time and we ended up having to put our cat down, the staff and Dr Hans was very professional and caring. I will certainly look to take our future animals for care.
