I submitted pictures and a description and got a clear quote of the expected price up front. Peter takes pride in doing a good job, and with plumbing it has to be a good job since nothing else will do! The job to repair a faucet was done promptly and with attention to detail. Peter also engages the customer and responded with good informative comments on other questions I asked about plumbing issues in the house.
