Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Products seemed to be of high quality and fairly priced. I got my dog groomed in a timely manner but unfortunately they cut BOTH of my dogs ears and failed to mention anything about it to me. If it wasn't for that I would have given a 5 star rating.

Although my cat is extremely aggressive and crazy every time during nail trimming, the groomer gets the job done. She has the techniques and equipment to control aggressive cats while cutting the nails quickly without hesitation.

My Terrier dog is very fearful and doesn't let strangers to get close to him or pet him. Today, for the first time, we took him to JuicyPet, and Julia patiently spent two and a half hours grooming him, trimming his hair, and bathing him. She did an excellent job without any hesitation. She is incredible, and I'm happy that I got to know this place. ?
