Greg also demonstrated respect for our property, and this gesture means a lot to us. We used AAA on another occasion for a motor replacement under warranty, and were similarly pleased.

I’m from out of town & the girls are always so nice when I come in! Love this tanning salon
first time getting the spray tan. Did some research online and decided to do machine step-in automatic spray opposed to using a technician. (I am a little shy) They have a VersaPro machine so I went to TanMax. Also, first time customers can get 2 sprays within a 8 day period for $15!!! Facility was nice. Minimal. They don't spend alot of $ on decor which is fine by me hence to reasonable rates. Cute young blond (sorry I forgot your name!) checked me in. Very nice and personable. My only complaint is I was not able to follow directions on how to position myself for each pass of the spray because the sound of the machine drowned out the volume of directions so I only got the front of my body sprayed. Would be helpful if they had a diagram posted on how to stand for each pass. The end result left my face a bit too dark due to too many passes of the spray without turning position. I will go back tomorrow for my 2nd spray and post my results.

I'm not usually the kind of person who gets their nails done regularly, and when I was searching for someone to do my nails for my wedding I saw Sheera's work and decided to book with her. She was so much fun to hang out with I'm considering getting my nails done more regularly. The conversation as we discussed what we should do with my nails flowed so seamlessly and was an absolute blast to see her work in progress. If my camera, or I, as better at taking photos of nails you'd see the cool blue and rose quartz marble look she did with rose gold foil which adds a little sparkle.
I was completely happy with my SNS dip powder manicure with Marisela! I had gotten one while in CA several weeks prior and it was time for removal / reapplication. Marisela was careful and meticulous with application, and went through and smoothed / shaped them so they were perfect. The color came out lovely and I will definitely be coming back!

I’m just say they are really good but I prefer the young lady who has the ear pierced. She did my toes so good! I really wanted to come back for that same reason. Instead I got someone I tried to explain how I wanted them and gave me white toe nails instead of what I wanted. It’s not what I wanted. Definitely not requesting this lady in glasses no more. I came happy to get my nails done and I’m leaving disappointed and not happy with my nails.
Sometimes, they mess up. But every time I've told them I didn't like something, they adjusted and were kind. I really learned how to speak up for myself when it came to my nails at the salon. Everyone there has been friendly and kind. The lady who answers the phone and schedules appointments is a fantastic artist. I'm sorry, I never caught her name even though I've been there several times. She is the only one that I allow to do artwork on my nails. Just simply because I appreciate her eye in detail. They put up with my fun and quarky requests in designs. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work that they do. In the atmosphere they create. Trust me, some days I don't want to talk to anyone. So I give them the information up front and they allow me to sit with my headphones on. Other days, I'm a chatty cathy, and they put up with all my talking. Either way, they are all kind and wonderful people at the salon.

She just shared her professional opinion based on my skin and it's current state. I went in for a signature glow facial and dermaplane but instead decided to get another facial to really hydrate my skin. Then return for dermaplane on a later date. The price was decent. I really love that they have Korean skincare products. Most hydrating and youthful looks Nhi and all the girls were super nice and professional. I scheduled my daughter to be model for Sonya through IG. From the first communication back everyone was very professional and kind. I received all info needed prior to appointment and after care was explained. It was easy and simple to understand. The day of the appointment we were greeted by Sonya who was very professional and sweet. She went over different types and techniques. She made sure my daughter was comfortable with shape and style going to be used. Sonya made us fell very comfortable through out the whole process. I went back to Brit a couple days after I got some highlights because I decided I wanted to soften the money pieces I asked for, and she nailed it. They blend into my root color seamlessly now while still bringing the perfect amount of brightness around my face. And she did it free of charge! Come to Olympic if you want a high-end level cut and color by a true professional who listens and wants you to leave happy!

I am a long time customer of Cloud 9, this was my annual birthday visit. I booked and enjoyed a 90-minute deep tissue with Stephani. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted, shown the relaxing/waiting area. Stephani was ready and I was able to get into the massage room immediately. Stephani is respectful and mindful of what my bodies needs, her touch is relaxing, but also able to work out the tension/knots in my body. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my time, I will be returning for another session with Stephani.
The massage therapist I was scheduled with, Holly, gave me a very relaxing massage. she had a very relaxing aura about her and I could tell she really cared about my comfort and needs. Overall all the staff was very nice and the spa was clean. I'll be back!

Natural Stone Care just came in to our home and cleaned, sealed and carefully treated our kitchen/master bath marble. WOW the team was absolutely top notch and shined my marble like brand new. They were extremely professional and took such pride in setting up and cleaning up before and after the job. I can't recommend them enough.
Very happy with my garage floor and custom cabinets! The color options went well with what I planned to paint my garage (floor is Domino, gray base with black and white chips, cabinets are Silver). Very fair prices too! The owner was out right on time to take measurements and worked with me on a start time since I was still waiting on painters. Expert installers for everything - I didn't want to move out my new washer & dryer since they would have to be outside while the floor dries, but the installers did an excellent job getting the floor coating as close to them as possible. The cabinets came about 2 weeks later and they are essentially built into you space. My guest shower is on the other side of where the workbench and a hanging cabinet were going and they were careful during the install. Very sturdy construction and they hold up to dings while you figure out where to put all your stuff. Highly recommend Precision Garage Works to make your garage functional and classy! Thank you!!
I had Arizona Home Floors remove my pool deck and painted patio and remove tile from my front steps. I decided to use them versus a pool contractor because they were dustless and pool contractors said there was going to be a lot of dust in the air which could blow into neighbors yards.
My lead technician Rogelio and his crew showed up on time and did an outstanding job. Really, there was no dust! All the pool deck texture, paint and tile were removed down to the bare concrete. We encountered 1 small hiccup which was promptly addressed and satisfactory resolved. I would definitely use them again.
Alex and his crew did a great job! They removed 800 sq ft of tile and 100 sq ft of carpet in approximately 4-5 hours. They took their time to explain the process prior to starting and reviewed their work with me prior to leaving. Great crew! Fair pricing! Excellent quality of work.

We had an issue with scratched flooring due to movers and he came in and replaced it out very quickly. All great people to work with and we will be definitely using them in our next home build.
We recently did a kitchen remodel and wanted to share what a great company, products, and professional team Moderna has going for them. We worked with Jule on the sales side who took the time to answer all our questions and show us their products, colors, process and value as compared to other competing products. She made it very simple and exceeded every commitment she made to us from a pricing and delivery perspective. We also had a chance to work with Spencer on the production floor who took the time, while I was dropping off our new sinks, to take me thru the production process again as well as an area of concern he identified in our kitchen design that prompted me to make a minor change in cabinet placement. The change required he make a small change on the Moderna side as well, which he did, and it worked out perfectly. I know of no other company that would do this sort of thing for a client, which was well above and beyond in my opinion.
Overall great customer service, communications, professionalism, and a fantastic product that fits perfectly and looks like a million $. Thanks Jule and Spencer for all that you both did for us!

We contacted Zona floors and they were out the next day with samples and gave us an estimate that worked for us. They offered to have a crew out the next day, unfortunately we had commitments and scheduled the next Monday. They had a crew waiting at 8:00am to get started. The crews that came were always on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. When there was an issue Abraham was right there and worked with us to explain and resolve things and keep the project on schedule. We are very pleased with the flooring and with the service that Zona floors provided. We cannot thank Tom Inman and Abraham enough for all of their courtesy and help in dealing with our flooring. We will always recommend Zona Floors to anyone needing new floors.

We saw signs of termites in one corner of our garage on a Friday evening. We called Eric at My Bug Guy Pest Solutions. He came out on Saturday walked the house inside and out. Found another small area needing treatment. He explained what we had, our treatment options and the costs. We had called other companies but Eric offered the longest initial warranty, best price and the earliest day to perform the work. He showed up exactly on time, made little to no mess and cleaned up afterwards. He also threw in a pest/scorpion treatment included in the termite service. They were professional, courteous and respectful of our home. Not happy to have termites but overall a great experience.

I would just suggest that your company provides a service slip copy that is readable. (Even our printed name & address was hard to read.)We will continue to use your service

This review needed to happen 17 years ago when we had Seal Out Scorpions service our home! The company was first rate, and from the time they sealed our home I have not seen one scorpion! I mean not one. The first summer we moved here, actually it was in the first couple of months that we moved here March through May I had counted 61 scorpions in our house that obviously doesn't count those that I spotted outside. It was a fantastic experience as the technicians and owner were all extremely professional, and provided what obviously was very comprehensive and skilled work. I highly recommend SOS and have verbally told people for years. I can't say enough, and would give 10 stars if I could!!
When we purchased our home years back, we had rats in the ceiling. Joe came out, and after the rats were caught, he sealed off any access points. We never had problems again, until we had the roof replaced, once the roof was replaced the rats were back. Once again Joe eliminated the rats and sealed everything off again. My only regret is not having called him as soon as the roof was replaced. He also took the time to honestly discuss other concerns that we had and did not try to sell us any unneeded services. I would certainly trust Lonewolf with any future pest problems!

Great service! I called them on a Monday for a quote, they came out the next day, listened to what I needed & I had a quote before they left. I needed my ficus trimmed. They explained that ficus are heat sensitive so they usually recommend a full prune in February/March. However my tree had already broken some limbs so this could not wait. I explained I wanted to reduce the chance another branch broke into my neighbors yard. They suggested doing an interior trim to take some weight off. Not sure if I’m using the right terms as I’m not an arborist. They were here today & in an hour they were done. I also love that they don’t try to upsell me on other work. I’ve recommended them to friends and am already a return customer (they removed a dead pine tree for us a year or two ago.)

I never thought I'd find myself in need of an emergency dentist, but there I was, on a Saturday morning, in excruciating pain. I had no insurance and was worried about the cost. Thankfully, the staff provided a clear explanation of the fees and managed to schedule me for a same day procedure. The tooth extraction was quick, and the care I received was top-notch. It's comforting to know there's a reliable emergency dental service out there when you least expect to need it.

1st this is the only Chiropractor open at 7AM. Which is when I was finding it difficult to even lift a cup of water. They accepted me as a walk in, listening and reviewed my concerns. Completed x-rays and made a short term therapy plan. Completed the first session in under an hours time. While juggling at least five other people. This place is amazing! I was in a lot of pain due to a work injury. The chirodojo poppedup in my Facebook feed for running a special forthe month. I watched a couple of the videos and decided to check them out. It was so worth it. Dr BigSauce was very thorough, patient, and attentive. He explained a lot of things to me that others never took the time to do. After my adjustment it felt like I was floating off of the table. Once I stood up I noticed that I could turn my head with no pain, bend with no pain, and take steps with no pain. Doc I would just really like to thank you and your staff from the bottom of my heart.

I attended a Tungate Chiropractic seminar at Nando's in Mesa and decided to try the complimentary session to treat the arthritis ("the crunchies") in my knee. The people at AFC are amazing. Sorry if I don't spell their names right but Zach, Dr Adam, Carrie, Jazmin, Janice, Paul, Rachel and Ruben have made these last few months of being in pain, pretty enjoyable! Haha I came because I was experiencing intense lower back pain. The intensity quickly subsided to pretty low (usually pain sat between a 2-4 out of 1). They supplied me with lots of tools (brace, tens unit, neck pump) and exercises/stretches to use and do at home. All of these things have helped me a lot and feel capable of getting my body back into functioning condition and without pain for most of the day. The pain came on when I was just 4.5 months postpartum and is still there in the mornings. I've realized it is now due to strengthening my pelvic floor so I'll be starting PT for that at a specialists office, but I'm excited to get my last set of X-rays from AFC next week. When I came to AFC I had no clue that I have scoliosis so I'm eager to see how much that has been corrected over the last 3 months. Big thanks to the team at AFC for being amazing.
I couldn't stand up and walk without pain, and didn't know what to do. I was recommended to Dr. Sparer almost 2 years ago and after 4 sessions I haven't had to be back yet. Straightforward, honest, and I wish all medical proceedings could occur as such. Thank you, Dr. Sparer!

Having been dozens of times to the Elliott location, this one is nice in that it's a standalone building you can just walk right up to. Staff are friendly and not pushy about services.
We purchased our puppy 4 years ago and it was recommended that we get her first vaccinations from Dr Bebawy. We were immediately impressed by the doctor and the office. Even though we live over a half hour away, we have never taken our baby anywhere else. She loves the doctor and often breaks away from us as she is being weighed in to run down the halls looking for him., checking at each exam room. Never have I seen an animal so enthused to see a vet! That alone is worth the long drive to this office. The doctor is so kind and we are so confident in the care we receive we can’t imagine taking her anywhere else.

Tempe Lake provided a headache-free experience through and through. From making the appointment, checking in, initial examination and follow up Tempe lake's staff were professional, clear and kind. Even our cat (Naia), who is usually extra stressed at and after vet visits, was quick to warm up to them and return to her usual antics when we got home after the exam and treatment!
Comparing with other clinics, even their treatment plans and pricing were meaningfully less difficult and expensive. As our kitty is getting older, we expect her needs will be growing in time, but we are less concerned with being able to afford to get her the care she needs thanks to Tempe Lake.
Visiting family from Northern AZ with our Miniature Schnauzer who needed grooming. I was nervous going to a new groomer, but I knew when I met Viri that she was so sweet and loves dogs. Turned out to be a great experience, and Snickers cut was so cute. I will definitely use her again, when we come down.

I have declared a "STAR RATING" for SPA 4 PAWS MOBILE GROOMERS NOT FOR SERVICES RENDERED due to the fact that in the end, we did not end up using their services. BUT because I felt that OUR SIMILAR EXPERIENCE at the same time as a 1STAR reviewer posted needed to be told from another perspective. My husband & i were attempting to schedule an appointment for our dog in our home we are leasing in Mesa (we have recently relocated from Cleveland,Ohio) I felt compelled to speak up from the point of a "potential client" in the hope of demonstrating how both transparency and being upfront with clients on the provider's part as well as a little bit of perception, common sense, grace & kindness on the client's part worked out to everyone's advantage. To be fair, a provider should figure out a way to fulfill an appointment to a potential customer in any way they can; even if it means attempting to find another person to cover their appointment in the event they are unable - no matter what the reason & if time allows hopefully - to meet with the client. In the event that EVERY AVENUE HAS BEEN EXHAUSTED TO THEM to do so, THEN they can exercise the option to let their appointment know there is a "personal issue" and THEN ALLOW THE CLIENT THE OPTION TO RESCHEDULE ANOTHER TIME OR WITH ANOTHER GROOMER IN THE GROUP. But trying always to "never let them see you sweat," especially in a service driven industry and especially in one that is a concierge style service. As one more often the service provided than the one receiving the service (like a million to 1 times over!) I have had this drilled into me cradle to ...well almost grave. We experienced a similar situation around the same time period a previous 6/19 reviewer wrote about. HOWEVER THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OUR EXPERIENCE & THEIRS, & THE REASON WHY WE WANTED TO WRITE & SPEAK UP FOR THIS SERVICE was that whenever a provider tells us they must cancel, & they do so about 15 minutes prior to arrival time at our home, we IMMEDIATELY UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETHING RATHER FIRE or at least of GREAT IMPORTANCE IS GOING ON IN THEIR LIFE. In our case we were not going anywhere that this needed to be done immediately. In fact, at this point we had been having a difficult time finding a mobile groomer. Given that fact, and just plain common sense ( from the couple who if something is going to go wrong, it will with my husband and me ), know to find & schedule these things WAAAY ahead of any special event needed. When we got the call about a personal matter and the need to reschedule, we left it that the GROOMER was to CALL/TEXT us to reschedule WHEN HIS ISSUES WERE RESOLVED. To make an already too long story short, the same PAWS 4 SPAS GROOMER DID GET BACK to us a couple days later and thanked us for our understanding. He was ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL and RESCHEDULED us right away but this next time WE needed to cancel and reschedule. The last time we were to have an appointment was a REPEAT of our first time. HOWEVER, because of our communication over the past several weeks and the level of PATIENCE and PROFESSIONAL KINDNESS as well as just PLAIN OLD KINDNESS we had a pretty good idea of what was happening in the groomer's life and because of this, we decided not to add to his stress & chose to not reschedule yet again and moved on. One could make the case that yes, IT IS HIS JOB and he needs to fulfill his commitments. But, we also know that if WE were having personal issues, AND WE DON'T NEED TO KNOW WHAT THOSE ARE, that's why they are personal ultimately, and we were struggling to keep it all going, once in a while, for the good of not only the person but the face of the company as a whole because that is who this person is trying to represent, it's sometimes best to take a step back, realize that we are flesh and blood not robotic companies and we need to understand we all have speed bumps in our roads. Often I would rather work with companies who admit to their human side rather than deny

Love this yoga studio. Not only because of the fact that you don't need an app, or need to book a spot, but also the fact that it's donation based, and such a little hidden gem. The instructors are also such kind people, who really know what they're doing. Highly recommend!!
Amazing breath work, a good balance of stretches, balance poses and long holds. Juli provided guided breathing with each pose and a bit of meditation at the beginning and at the end of the class. I felt that this class was good for strengthening and toning muscles, there was slow transition between poses but the long holds did provide adequate challenge for my body. Also loved the soothing and meditative music. The view was nice, facing the fountain, you can see the tortoises jump in and out of the the pond. Left there feeling very relaxed and energized for the day. Thanks for an amazing class.

Over the past month, I have explored all of the studios in my area via ClassPass. While there are so many amazing ones, this studio takes the cake. Every single class has been so heart opening and special. I have gained so much just from the three classes I have taken here. The culture and community here is unbelievable- every single employee and student is so friendly and welcoming! This is not a pretentious, fitness yoga studio, this is a spiritually, emotionally, and physically challenging space where everyone (regardless of where they are in their journey) is welcome. The vibes are ✨ E M A C U L A T E ✨.Jason’s Long Slow Deep class is definitely not beginner friendly, and that was my first yoga class in a year, so it was DEFINITELY an initiation. Besides feeling sick, because it’s a heated class and I did not realize it was a heated class, I felt amazing. His motivational pep talks and guided prompts brought me into a deeper practice than I ever thought I could. He also made me feel comfortable RESTING when it was too much for me.The new girl (I forget her name, so sorry!!) that teaches the Wednesday night Slow Flow class is a heart-led teacher and incredibly sweet. She is very hands on with her corrections (with consent and she rubs her hands to alert the person she’s about to go hands on), which I really appreciate. She is also a Trigger Point practitioner, so she really knows how to help you deepen in your asanas. Her commentary was also very insightful. You can tell she lives and breathes what she talks about!Deb’s Yin Flow class was so gentle. She created a safe atmosphere, reminding us that we are safe in our bodies, and that there was no judgement for any emotions that needed to be released. I loved that she reminded us of this several times during the hip opening stretches (the hips hold a lot of emotions and trauma for many people).This is my favorite studio. If you’re on the fence, try a class out. You won’t regret it. ❤️

The best place for a massage! They offer several different massage types depending on your need-- whether you're in pain, want to improve mobility, or just want to enjoy a massage, this is the place! I recently visited Stephanie and she helped me release my upper/mid back that was needing TLC due to weightlifting and working a desk job. She was super friendly, was patient as I asked her questions, and make the atmosphere comfortable and relaxing.

My only regret is not finding Mikki sooner! She is a warm and friendly skin care expert who took great care to assess my skin, determine what I need, and make recommendations to improve its condition. ? I have a deep brown complexion and have always struggled with acne scars, sensitivity and hyperpigmentation. In less than 3 months I am seeing a major difference in my skin's appearance, tone and smoothness -- with ZERO discomfort. And I'm talking "NO concealer needed" level of improvement! ? Beyond that, the places's atmosphere is calming and welcoming, plus ample parking right at the door. Goodbye large pores and fine lines, thanks to Mikki!
I went in for a massage with Jana and she preformed the Symphony of Cells Essential Oil Purpose Protocol on me. She scanned my body and utilized her intuition and training to select with me what protocol would be best for my body. It was an incredibly magical experience. Not only is she very talented and attune to the physical needs of my body. She is very knowledgeable with the stored emotions from trauma in my body. It is a complete sacred, relaxing and rejuvenating experience getting on her table. I feel like a completely different woman. I would 10/10 recommend her services. She is a powerful force for healing on my journey and I am extremely grateful for the care and wisdom her life time of dedication and study offers to alleviate my pain, suffering and trauma at every level.

Jon has been my go to massage therapist since I moved to Arizona 5 years ago. I have had a few health scares during those five years, and Jon has always provided immense support, physical relief, and education, along with an amazing and supportive bed side (or should I say massage table? lol) manner. I am not sure what I would do without Jon. I can’t recommend him enough.

I found Pamela at Awakening Nu Energy as a result of looking for a scalp massage. It was an amazing massage, and she has a very calming energy. A major draw to her is that she specializes in a variety of massages that are hard to find elsewhere. I would highly recommend her!

George introduced Tuning Fork Therapy to me and I'm so glad he did! After my first treatment, I noticed things came easier for me, I could feel the blockages removed. I felt amazing! As a result, my sales increased at work and I felt much more content overall. George worked hard, no short cuts, and I really appreciate his time and efforts to clear my chakras. Had a rough start getting in due to having to reschedule a couple times and the day that I actually arrived turned out to be a really rough morning for me. Jeanette was very understanding and the massage was great. To be honest though, it was the empathy and the pep talk and some positive reinforcement that I needed more than anything today.

Upon returning to Arizona, Justin got me on the right track and progress was fast. Then I got a total hip replacement. As I graduated from the first two therapies, Justin moved me seamlessly on to therapy for the new hip. Justin pays close attention to his patients during every different exercise and constantly shifts them on to specific exercises tailored to meet individual needs. Justin seems to always know exactly what is wrong and how to make it better through both exercise and hands-on massage, loosening muscles that I didn't even know were tight. Just came from a session with Craig and remembered to write a review - been going bi-weekly for a few months and my knee pain has improved dramatically!Craig is knowledgeable, professional and consultative. I feel totally comfortable asking questions about the process, and he takes the time to explain the different needles and lasers and how it all works.I have very noticeable improvement and I keep coming back periodically for maintenance care - each time the discomfort is less pronounced after waiting 2 weeks, which tells me it’s working.And as a big plus, his dog Piper is the cutest thing ever.Thanks Craig!
Hands down this was the best choice for me for my court ordered TSS. Sylvester was very good about contacting me before the course to keep me up to date on how many would be there and the start time, to be sure I wasn't late. I really liked his way of teaching and not making me feel like I was in trouble or needed to feel guilty for my mistakes. He just asked me great objective questions and then helped me realize the only thing that matters now, is learning from the mistakes I make to be a better choice maker in the future. I would highly recommend Sylvesters class to anyone who needs to attend TSS... Hands down!
I just did my drive off with Lea at United Access in Deer Valley on Wednesday morning and I feel like a bird with wings! After 8 years of not being able to drive and being completely reliant on others for rides to Doctor's appointments and groceries, it has been such a relief and exhilarating feeling of freedom and independence to now know I can take myself, when and where I want! I feel so independent and it has given me a great boost mentally, emotionally and psychologically! There is absolutely no down side to this, I just wish I had done it sooner! Driving to Independence was the best place to learn and from the minute I walked in they were amazing and so accommodating! I highly recommend if you are thinking about it, go for it! Make the call, get the referral, go to evaluation and start, it will be the best gift you give yourself!

My son Hayden asked us to put him in driving school, I was referred by a friend to go through Cantor, we did the 10 hour course, we picked David for our driving instructor and if I personally could give him a 10 star rating I would! He was incredible! He made Hayden feel so safe, his encouragement everytime he showed up to our home was amazing and his personality was outstanding! He was so professional from day one to the last day, he guided Hayden on absolutely everything, he spent so much time talking through situations and helping him understand everything he was doing, Hayden would come in after every lesson and say how much he enjoyed just talking with David as if he became a friend to him! To have someone care about my son especially in a vehicle made my heart at ease, because I had anxiety about Hayden driving but David made me feel at peace with everything and brought comfort to my mom heart, thank you David for be outstanding! I know Hayden is going to be a safe driver after he had this amazing course led by you! I’ll be referring all our friends and family to you from now on.❤️
