“I came into work on December 22nd and there was no heat in my space. We called our landlord who was then able to get MCS out that day. Our neighboring unit was having the same problem. Ro Ro came out and was absolutely wonderful! A true professional and gentleman indeed. He said the external unit was turned off for both both our spaces. Unfortunately, however, that didn’t fix my problem. He took the time to troubleshoot for us. He could’ve easily left and rescheduled us but he didn’t. They sent the most genuine, kind person to help us out, Josh. “I had another "big" heating/cooling company come and perform annual maintenance, but a week after they were here, our furnace ran but didn't provide heat. I was tired of that other company so called Rainier and they got us an appointment in a couple of days. The technician showed me that the other company had left a ground wire loose (that's why the burner wouldn't kick in) as well as did a more thorough cleaning job. This team (Matt) was professional, courteous, reasonable priced, timely and respectful.“

“I contacted Eco Air NW nearly 3 months ago because my heat pump had stopped heating and cooling 3 and a half years prior, but I didn't have a chance to get it fixed mostly due to the pandemic and because I wasn't always in Seattle the past few years. Plus, it's not easy to find folks who won't rip you off. Please BEWARE of "big" names because they're not always good or honest. You will most certainly NOT be disappointed if you choose ECO AIR NW! Steven and his partner Daniel are very thorough and reasonably priced. It turns out that my ductless Mitsubishi AC (mini split unit) simply needed refrigerant and deep cleaning! And just like that, it started working like a charm and heated my house in half an hour! They also tested it for cold air and everything was perfect despite the fact that Steven said that he doesn't usually fix Mitsubishi units! Moreover, Steven and Daniel stayed until they were SURE there was no air leakage or any other issues! I definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs and I will certainly call them in summer for servicing before I use my heat pump for cooling. “If you are looking for anything heating and cooling in your house, this is the company to call first! Ruslan (Russ) and Yuri were very friendly and did a great job. They had more answers than I had questions. I had called originally looking to have a Ductless Mini-Split installed in my home renovation. After taking a look at my home it was recommended I install a furnace and Heat Pump as well as install ducting throughout the house. I was expecting them to quote me an astronomical number but I was very surprised when they said it was nearly the same price as the Mini-Split system. I am so happy with the quality of the the job they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone!“
