Athena is a very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and personable. She gave us the most thorough estimate of the several companies we received bids from. She educated us, and explained the pros and cons of each heat pump/air handler system, without trying to sell us anything. She always made herself available to help us. She quickly intervened by personally getting a Senior Service Technician to assist the installation crew resolve an issue for a very newer model of air handler. Athena worked through all the really difficult issues in our funky old house to give us a bid that would address all the quirks of putting a modern heating and cooling system into an old house.Update - We have been loving our heat pump that we had installed in September. This week we had an error appear and heat stopped. The experience of calling for service was smooth and I got text updates on the appointment. The tech, Red, arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. It required an electrician and one was here quickly.
