My ductless system stopped working during the week or so of really cold weather. Absolute Heating sent someone out, figured out the problem, and ordered the part that day. They let us borrow space heaters so we wouldn’t freeze while we waited for the part to come in. Once the part came in, they sent someone that day and repaired it quickly. They were professional and explained everything thoroughly. They stand by their work and are an honest family-owned local company. I would recommend them to anyone! They have a customer for life!

The best company I have ever dealt with. I had 2 inches of water in my furnace. I had 2 of the nicest gentleman come to my house (Aaron and Brian) I knew for sure they were gonna tell me I needed a new one. They did not. They could've easily told me I needed a new one and I would have had no choice but to buy one but that wasn't the case. They were honest and professional and straight forward. They fixed my water heater, cleaned it out, got rid of the rust and even gave me a new filter and didn't charge me anything but the service fee. Check out the before and after photo. We've worked with Jay for several years now and find that he and his team are very professional, responsive and provide quality service. He has worked on our a/c, replaced our hot water heater and recently had to replace our circuit board on our 11 year furnace.
