Roman and his crew were GREAT!!! I decided to get a heat pump for my house. The summers in Seattle are getting hotter and sometimes smokey, so I decided that getting a heat pump was the best idea. They installed a highly rated Mitsubishi unit. It works great. Roman and his crew are very professional.

I was in a pinch and almost went with my first option until my contractor, Kevin referred Vlad to me. He is very communicative and gives me options and being a woman, I don’t think he tried to bamboozle me. Vlad made a good impression from the start because of his promptness when I inquired about a furnace replacement. He came over the next morning for a quote and then the next day him and his team was able to get it done AND finish before the time he promised. A month later my condensate pump was filing with water (he didn’t replace this since ours was working when he replaced the furnace).
