Install date 11/22/23We had Best Choice come out to replace our furnace that had finally kicked the bucket and went with a higher efficiency furnace option to hopefully cut down on some heating costs over the long term.Brandon, Will, and Brett were very professional, friendly, and beyond courteous. The team did a great job explaining the work they performed and worked very hard to get the install completed in one day. Installation looks great and we have reliable heat in the house again! Reasonably priced -- so reasonable my BIL instantly also asked for a quote for his place! Personable -- enthusiastically, patiently and carefully explained all HVAC options. Outstanding customer service in so many ways - 1) patiently gave us time to think about options, 2) Explained every bump in the road with care and concern for our house and our pocketbook. 3) Paused the work as additional contractors unexpectedly had to be brought on board. 4) Went ahead and worked under adverse conditions when said additional contractors left a gruesome mess. Great team and the person that came to my house was so nice! Professional and went over my whole system, even though they didn't originally install it. Highly recommend for any service work, or new installation
