I recently replaced my 24 year old furnace and 18 year old A/C. I chose City Energy Systems for these reasons: 1) Their quote was very competitive 2) The owner, Tom Cunningham, was involved every step of the way. He is professional and personable. Tom answered all my questions, and saw the job through from start to finish with care. 3) City Energy came highly recommended by two of my neighbors who had their systems replaced during the past few years. 4) Their crew started my job at 7:30 am and finished by 2pm. We got 5 in-home estimates for a new furnace when our old high-efficiency gas furnace broke down. We decided to go with a Trane furnace, and Tom Cunningham's quote was $500 less than the next competitor, and more than $1000 less than the highest quote!Once we decided to go with City Energy, they were able to send a crew to install our furnace on the next business day.Benjamin and Nolan came out on an exceptionally icy morning by Puget Sound standards (I think it was 26 degrees) and they had the new furnace and thermostat installed and working by lunchtime.
