The guys, Jordan and Dario, showed up quickly and took care of our busted water pipe. Quick, efficient, great work! However, very expensive and they didn't honor our "Total Club Care" membership. We're done with Dear.

Angel was amazing! He replaced our furnace and made sure to check in with us periodically to explain everything he was doing and what was going on. Afterwards he walked us through how to use the new thermostat and made sure to answer all of our questions. We are so glad we chose this company to help us when our furnace was about to go out!Before Angel, Robyn came out and walked us through our options so we were fully informed on what we could do and provided pricing for each option.
