I may be a bit biased because he’s my trainer but, Trevel is as legit as they come. He’s knowledgeable and knows when to challenge me when needed (which is more times that not). I actually enjoy getting a work out in and my results have been great! I’ve already accomplished a few goals and I’m well on my way to crushing the rest!Overall, Thesis is a great gym and I’m appreciative of all the trainers and staff who make the experience worthwhile.“

They can easily help you modify if something is too difficult or if you are working through an injury. Big bonus - the community they’ve created is amazing. Tucker has a rigorous, but easygoing approach to training that creates a highly motivating, yet low-pressure environment.  When I do have to reschedule a session, Tucker is always flexible and accommodating. Not only has my overall health, strength and endurance improved, but I have found the experience something I look forward to.If you are considering 1:1 personal training and want a well-equipped neighborhood studio setting, I couldn't recommend BC Strength more!“

“I highly recommend BT Fitness! I am in my late 60’s and, while I have been active and have exercised all my adult life, I never had a trainer. I was really nervous to try one b/c I have lots of issues—a knee implant, a torn meniscus, and a torn rotator cuff, plus my age. But Berhani Mehari, the owner & trainer, was just a marvel! He definitely pushed me hard and I was so happy with my increased fitness level, especially my strength. Yet, at the same time he was very conscientious in working around my joint problems and always listened to what I told him was going on with my body in the moment. He really knows his stuff; I always felt that I was in safe hands. I just can’t recommend him enough.“

“Igor is an amazing personal trainer! I’ve been training with him for almost 5 years and he still surprises us with his variety of exercises-you don’t get bored. He is able to modify all exercises to individual needs and he’s great with helping you recover if you’ve had an injury or surgery.He also works out with you-he’s not one to stand around just counting for you. Igor also gives you workout plans while you’re traveling and will Zoom sessions too. His prices are so reasonable given the amount of training and talent he brings. And, he’s just one of the nicest people you’ll meet. My strength, stamina and balance are better than some of the younger clients and that’s thanks to Igor. I ran my first Army 10 Miler and also finished the Stadium Spartan race!“

His work with me has evolved with every week and every new concern/area of focus. He has a very personalized approach to meet the needs of my body. There are traditional chiropractic movements, but also body work, massage, and Webster Technique additions. Dr. Schreffler is kind, empathetic, knowledgeable (and shares this knowledge) proactively and makes me feel very comfortable (and my body feel better after every session). I've seen a few chiropractors and Dr. Schreffler is the best for me! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a thoughtful approach.“

Clarendon Personal hit all these in just the first session and every session I continue to take.I am someone who can tend to want to slip off my fitness journey every now and then but with them… nope, they pushed-me, encouraged me, reminded me of what I’m capable of, and were so consistent with their communication in and out of the center, that I ALWAYS felt so welcomed and appreciated going to work out with them. My body thanked me each time after the sessions, even though I did feel sore and felt every body part being put to work …it felt amazing because I felt i was getting my moneys worth and felt like I accomplished workouts I wouldn’t of ever thought I would do. I played sports throughout high school but quickly gained weight in college, and once I graduated, I was on the hunt for ways to live a healthier lifestyle.I had so many questions about how to eat, lose fat, gain muscle, and work out in an enjoyable way—Jé had the answers! From the very beginning, I saw someone who believed in me and would push me to reach my goals. Joining Battle Fitness has kept me accountable and taught me how to have a healthy relationship with food and working out.I have tried another trainer before, but they didn't pay as much attention to detail as Jé did with my workout and nutritional guidance. With Jé, I could see results almost immediately.Training with a semi-private group makes working out fun! Though we have our individual goals and are at different points in our transformation journey, we are able to push each other to keep going. I remember during my first training session virtually with a group, I was struggling to complete an exercise - another client who was further along on her fitness journey gave me a quick pep talk to keep going, that it would get easier with time - That showed me that not only did I have a personal trainer but I also had a community that had the same drive and goals as I did.Training virtually gives me the flexibility of working out wherever I want, whether at home or out of town, making training 10x easier, and forces me to ditch the excuses for why I can't work out. I work long hours, and it's nice not to have to rush to a class or gym. I can even have dinner cooking at the same time as my training session! I always thought I would need to buy all the intricate machines that a gym has, but Jé has proven that with very little equipment, I can achieve my goals.I learned a lot about myself and my body over the course of my fitness journey and I'm so happy I joined Battle Fitness.“
