I am so pleased with the hair experience that Annie has given me at this salon. When I came in a few months ago my hair was a complete train wreck. Annie gave me from the first appointment a feeling of assurance that we can get my hair healthy and as I have always wanted it to look. We started a hair journey and 3 appointments in my hair is shiny, color is amazing and healthier then it has been in years. Annie is open to hearing and listening to what I would like and using her knowledge to get me there in a healthy hair way. I love the environment there which is laid back and calming! Beyond happy with my service! Kendall was amazing, she is so sweet and so pleasant to talk to. I have long hair and I have had so many bad experiences of asking for 1/2 inch to an inch taken off and I always leave with 3-4 inches chopped off. She legit took a half inch off like I asked, and gave me gorgeous layers. I was also blonde with some serious grow out of my natural hair color (medium brown) and I wanted to go ginger/copper. My hair looks phenomenal and is so soft and shiny! And the price was so reasonable, I have not had this good of a hair salon experience in years!! I can't wait to go back for my touch up. Defintly get booked with Kendall ASAP.
My job is not yet finished, but I have been more than impressed with Whit’s knowledge, ability, work ethic, problem solving prowess, and integrity. He has a code to my house, and I feel completely comfortable with him coming in and working while I am not home. I am already planning the next job for him to do.

I'll be honest to say it's embarrassing to have, but today I went to Haley Baer for a deep moisturizing facial and it was a supreme experience! My face feels so good. There is absolutely no redness and I feel like I'm another step closer to looking like myself again. Solid service. Very good communication with this company. They were able to service my HVAC on a holiday with a three day notice. They gave me a much appreciated courtesy call before arriving. The owner/technician was professional and friendly.

The staff were super friendly and Melissa was thorough and quick. They offer standard spinal alignment (chiropractic therapy). I love "The Joint" because it works much like a gym membership. You pay a monthly fee and get a certain number of visits. You walk in, scan your key tag, and go back as quickly as possible. I'm typically in and out within 10 minutes as long as it's not busy.
Painted the outside of our home at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. They always showed up on time, we're polite and used quality paint. Would use them again. Dwight is a great and responsible business owner

Dr. McBride is one of the nicest, most thorough, professional eye doctors we’ve ever encountered. My husband had an eye emergency on a Friday night and we called after hours and left a message, then headed for ER. Within minutes Dr. McBride called us and asked us to meet at his office in maryville and did a thorough examination. He was so pleasant and generous with his time and alleviated all of our concerns. I really need to emphasize how comfortable we were in his presence after hours. He made it seem like it was a pleasure for him to be helping us. He truly is an asset to this profession. Friends can’t believe I get such a great cut at Super Cuts! They keep on trying to drag me to their stylist, which I’ve done, and paid a ridiculous amount, and the cut is not that great! That why I just keep going back to Lindsey at Super Cuts! She’s fast, no appointment needed, and does an awesome job! Plus I get a veterans discount!

So I decided to give it one more go. Primarily because I needed a quick haircut. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, my stylist was Dustin. I was absolutely pleased with the results. He was quick, courteous and friendly.
I do like being able to check in ahead of time with the app.
Bottom line is that the quality probably depends a lot on the stylist. I know that seems obvious.

I have been a long time customer but am considering a change. The last two haircuts I have received have been absolutely unsatisfactory!!!! The first cut was so bad, I had to let it grow out extra long just to start over. Then I went back, had a different “stylist” and I had to talk them through the entire cut. I got home and realized that it was pretty bad. I am over it and completely frustrated.
I used to get decent haircuts… also, with the prices getting increasingly higher, I might as well go somewhere else.
Getting tired of getting haircuts just to fix the last bad haircut I got from this place

I went in to have my beard cleaned up while in town on vacation/business. The staff were super friendly and worked well at completing the request. It is an old school barbershop in an older building. You can definitely tell it has been around for a while. One thing to note when visiting here is they are a CASH ONLY business. They do not accept cards of any type.

Very very nice people and service! I love how much effort everyone puts in to make sure nails look nice and beautiful. However, I have small ingrown nails on both of my big toes. Every time I would get a pedicure, they would get peeled backwards instead of picked at in a forward direction until it bled which hurt a bit. But, in the end the nails turned out beautiful. :)

Price septic service arrived on time. Blue Price and his helper got right to work. They are very knowledgeable, and explianed the work they were doing. The previous owner of my home built a deck over the septic tank access hatch. This made the job difficult. Blue worked very hard and non-stop until the job was completed. Even though it was xtra labor intensive the fee was as quoted. I will use Price Septic Service again and highly recommend them.

Every phone call has been returned in a timely fashion, ordering our materials was explained in great detail and was done so exactly as we were told. Russell has a real eye for the color combination, and we are so happy with the end results. The crew was very professional, on time, and courteous. They worked hard to keep the job site clean as they worked and tidied up often. The crew arrived to do our job and returned daily until it was done. None of this bouncing around from job to job. We were WOWED at how they saw our front porch turning and decided to make it even better! They repaired our chimney that was much worse than we realized without gouging us on labor and materials. Then we asked to go ahead with our garage addition while they were here, once again, Russell was more than happy to do so making this entire project seamless!! None of this waiting for months for someone to return or not. I am so happy we chose Russell's Home Remodeling for our windows, siding and garage addition and can't wait for them to come back and build our sunroom!! Mark and Sam were amazing! When we had a major problem come up, Mark was able to come out same day, find the problem, give us a quote, and work us into his schedule in 2 days! They did an amazing job replacing our entire breaker box and updating the electricals in our house. Mark told us what we needed to do to maintain safety until it was replaced. He even made sure to ask us about our smoke alarms. He was very caring and we love the way he conducts business!
Robert came by today to change out all my locks. I had a couple small issues (needed a knob switched, replaced, rekeyed) and then the whole house rekeyed. I am so happy with the whole experience.

Gillenwater was contracted to install some carpet in my new home. We realized pretty quickly there was an issue that required sending someone out to resolve. Aaron sent Greg over to work on the issue; unfortunately, the issue proved to be quite resistant and conservative measures didn't work. Aaron and Greg were always responsive to my follow-up contacts, and both worked with me to reach a resolution. When it finally became apparent that replacing some of the carpet was the only permanent solution, Aaron did what was needed to make it right, which is sadly not the typical MO for many businesses these days. I was so relieved that Gillenwater stood behind their work and their product so that the end result measured up to their standards and mine. Greg came out to make sure the install was done correctly. I'm very appreciative of the customer service we received from Gillenwater.

Alpha Wildlife did a great job for us. I reached out to four Knoxville wildlife services and Chad from Alpha came to inspect our house within 24 hours. Only one other firm even called in the next four days. Chad let us know that our attic was hosting not only the squirrels we saw, but also flying squirrels and mice. He provided us with a proposal that was not only removal and cleanup, but also added prevention hardware for all our vents and other locations where wildlife could access the attic. They also removed all the attic insulation the animals had ruined and replaced it with a more effective level of insulation. Chad's crew was efficient in doing their work and respectful of our house any time they needed access to do the job. As a veteran myself, I appreciate that Alpha is a Veteran-Owned business. They are also a company that is dedicated to outstanding workmanship and customer service to stand behind that work.

This was a five star experience! Everyone is kind and pleasant to deal with. Jenna was an exceptional hygienist who took her time and made my bright smile resurface. I saw Gwen and Dr. Curtiss the week before, both of which are gems as well. Dr. Curtiss takes the time to get to know you as a person, not just a patient. Lastly, Gwen impressed me beyond imagination. She noticed some deep staining on my teeth, so she asked questions about my diet and lifestyle to try to discover the cause. Nothing sounded like a trigger, but she kept asking and discovered it was a certain type of toothpaste I was using. She genuinely cared about my oral health. The entire team was terrific!
The staff here are always kind and helpful. The office space is clean and comfortable. Dr. Owen is very thoughtful in his approach with patients and takes time to explain everything and answer any questions you might have. I took my 11 year old son to Dr. Owen to have a pallet extender put in and it was an easy experience.

Dr. Moss is great! I had a crown come loose. I called his office and they were closed for the 4th of July Holiday Weekend. I called his personal number and on his day off he met me at his office and reattached the crown. It wasn't even a crown he had put on.Amazing dedication and genuinelynice manI HIGHLY recommend Dr. Moss.

Dr. Gwinn has been helping to relieve my back and neck for years. He is very knowledgeable about the spine abd very friendly every time I have a visit. I would highly recommend going here if you need a chiropractor.
The staff were super friendly and Melissa was thorough and quick. They offer standard spinal alignment (chiropractic therapy). I love "The Joint" because it works much like a gym membership. You pay a monthly fee and get a certain number of visits. You walk in, scan your key tag, and go back as quickly as possible. I'm typically in and out within 10 minutes as long as it's not busy.
Dr Book is a great Chiropractor. He has helped me a lot. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Ramsey is a really good veterinarian. He has been taking care of our 2 donkies for the past 8 years. He is very professional, polite, well mannered, very competent, and is always available in a reasonable amount of time. He is gentle with our donkies. He does not strong arm the animals or yell or carry on the way some less professional people do around equines. I recommend Dr. Ramsey as an excellent large animal veterinarian without reservation.
Mary was amazing, she came out of her way 2 hours to help my doggo cross the rainbow Bridge today. She was so gentle with us and my dog. Thank you so much for helping us.

I took my 20 month old very active dog into Village Vet today. They were great!! The way they greeted my easily excitable dog kept her calm. Mya had her nails trimmed with no drama! This was the first pleasant vet visit we've had since we adopted her 14 months ago! Thank you Village Vet, it's nice to know there are vets still around that really care about their patients. Mya finally has a great vet!!
My pup Hudson looks great, were very happy. I brought him in pretty disheveled with very outgrown hair and stinky from running around in the yard. They trimmed his nails up well and didnt leave them all sharp like when I do it at home, his haircut is exactaly how I asked for it to be done without any messed up spots or cuts from the clippers. His ears are nice and clean inside and he smells good. I really liked my groomers work, she did a fantastic job on him?
My double coated dog had her first ever deshedding appointment today and I couldn't be happier. Erika did a fabulous job removing the dead undercoat on my German Shepherd. She looks and feels like a completely different dog. My Shark vacuum thanks you, Erika. We will be back for sure!
I tried something new which was a salt room experience. It was very restful and relaxing. I would recommend this when you are stressed out and want to clear your head or just to lay on a zero gravity chair and enjoy the salt and sounds as though you are at the ocean. Enjoy

I had a great experience with my physical therapist named Devon. I injured my back while working and did not want to rely on pain medication, so attending therapy was very painful for me. However, Devon always treated me with respect and provided me with the therapy and pain management I needed to recover. I am very grateful to him for his amazing service. Unfortunately, my therapy location has changed due to workers' compensation insurance, so I will have to go to a different therapy location from now on. I will miss everyone at Therapy Plus dearly.
