BodyWork is, by far, the best option I have found for massage. The entire staff is welcoming and professional, and as soon as you walk in the door you begin to relax. The ambiance is inviting and peaceful...perfect for stress relief. I have had massages by 3 different staff members, but I mainly see Angie, and she is incredible! Anyone you see will work with you before your massage to determine what you want / need and what amount of pressure you are looking for. They will also check in with you during your massage to see if any adjustments are necessary. This is definitely the place to go, or the place to buy a gift for a loved one!!

Massage Therapy and Salt Room Therapy Halotherapy (dry salt therapy) is a natural, drug-free, alternative treatment that may help to improve respiratory issues and skin conditions. The key process involves a halogenerator crushing and grinding 99.99% Pure Grade (salt) into very tiny microparticles. The halogenerator, or then disperses these dry aerosol microparticles of salt into the salt therapy room during a typical session. As an individual undergoes a salt therapy session, they inhale the microparticles. The particles penetrate deep into the lungs, bronchi, bronchioles, and alveoli to address respiratory concerns. At the same time, the non-inhaled salt particles are absorbed by the body to combat skin conditions.
