I walked in just to have one nail fixed that broke after having my nails done at another salon. The nail technician that helped me recognized that there were some other problems that needed to be fixed. He fixed them for me without me having to ask free of charge. Needless to say, I’ll be a returning customer! Customer service like that is rare these days and that’s how you build business!

Beautiful salon. Very friendly staff did a fantastic job. Denny did the best job on my nails. Teresa on my pedi was wonderful. Lee did my eyebrows and they look amazing. Would definitely recommend Zen Nail bar ?

Granted they are good at what they do but my problem is the last 2 times I’ve had a pedicure the lady was on the phone the whole time and when I went to get my nails done after my toes the guy was on the phone and talked to the lady beside him.. I feel if you have a client sitting there you should focus on the job at hand and not your phone or coworkers. Will not return again
