Grant is the best plumber I have seen in 49 years of house ownership. He was concise in his explanation of the water heater and of the process of connecting it to my iPad. He helped me install the app and how it can be adjusted with my iPad.He worked overtime to finish the job just for me and I am so thankful! He is definitely an asset to this company!

Great service, Jayme was awesome. He fixed the busted valve, but also looked around to figure out what caused it to break. He made sure there were no other issues that needed immediate attention, and warned me about possible future issues and how to prevent them. I highly recommend this company and this tech.
