Bobby came out in about 45 minutes from my calling and found the problem and got my system up and working properly in about 10 minutes. He explained why I was having the problem and repaired it , only an adjustment was needed . I appreciate that he was honest and did not over charge me.

My toilets & all drains stopped working, and it's not fun when you can't use shower or toilets. I called Choice One Plumbing and Kelsey answered. Right away she was very sympathetic and collected all my info. She then put me in touch with the owner, Rob, really fast. Rob called me within the hour and told me the septic tank connection might be the problem from the problems I described. Rob said he'd be out the next day; and said "Don't worry we'll have you fixed up in no time." The next day Rob called to tell me he's on the way; also letting me know some costs up front. Later, I hear him working on the septic and just getting the job done without delay. REALLY nice guy...read full review

Brandon came out to our home in Sweetwater and was wonderful! Fixed the water pressure issue and checked everything twice. Walked our entire water line. He was very personable and great with my dogs! This is a wonderful company ! Thank you so much!
