I stated having a pain in my lower back. I started stretching, as I typically do, to try to relieve the muscle pressure/strain. The next few days got worse and I was in such severe pain in my lower back, that I couldn’t turn over in bed, much less sit up without pain meds. I couldn’t concentrate on what anyone was saying or remember or do anything because the pain was so distracting. I was able to get in to see Dr. Birdwell on the same day I called (waiting list) , who adjusted my spine and gave me some recommendations. She said I’d probably feel better in a couple days.
