“So my hot water tank decided to break after 20 years and man is it stressful when you have water all over your basement floor but no worries because TPS to the rescue. Within two days they were able to get all the supplies and install it. When I say they are fast, they are fast. The whole team is outstanding !! They took both my hot water tank and heating system out and put in a new Navien Combi. Tankless water heater and boiler all in one. The pro about this, it will save on my Gas bill. “Was on vacation for a few days and returned to find our house was super hot, as our AC decided to quit as well while we were away. Did some quick research online for some local HVAC places, and the first one couldn’t come out until much later that day. Scheduled them, but then called Arctic Fire Heating & Cooling, and said if they could come out sooner, they’d have my business. After a brief wait on the phone, I was scheduled for a few hours later.
