Its great working with a family owned business who cares about the customers. The knowledge they have covers all my needs, from my waste oil heater in my shop, oil burner in my house and heat pump at my rental property . Its one call and they do it all. A+++++Services: HVAC system maintenance

A neighbor recommended me to Wallace, so I called regarding my heat pump not working correctly (no Air Conditioning). Joe came out right away, refilled the unit and I had working A/C. The unit failed the next day, Joe came out again and refilled the unit, confirming that the condenser had an internal leak, probably in the compressor. Joe recommended a compete replacement - I checked several other local companies and Wallace was definitely the best price (even though the new Lennox Heat Pump was several thousand dollars). This family sized business is great. I have lived in the area for about 10 years and have needed help 3-4 times with a dual system that now must be close to 20years old and it's still working good. Very practical problem solving.
