Nickoli was wonderful, arrived in a timely manner, was very pleasant and courteous, and had a good knowledge of his field. He was able to fix our problem and explained it to us so that we understood. We are very happy with his service.

Peter was wonderful! Our heater presented a problem that was difficult to diagnose & fix. Peter even reached out to the manufacturer of the heater to help diagnose the issue. After well over 4 hours, Peter got our heater running so we have both heat and hot water. Peter explained and showed me what he found every step of the way, even giving me the costs when new parts were needed. He was very helpful when answering my questions so I understood. I HIGHLY recommend I.T. Landes for heating needs.

Dean came today to service our furnace and heat pump. He was very thorough with the units, checking both and cleaning whatever he needed to. He also went around inspecting our vents to see that they were clear and working properly. He inspected our front door and suggested replacing the warn out weatherstripping to prevent heat loss. Always nice to see Dean, he is a vital part of the IT Landes team, and they get my highest recommendation. Thanks, Douglas.
