“My experience with Platinum Plumbing was great from start to finish. I had a previous company attempt to fix a leaky tub faucet, but $900 later the faucet still leaked. Their solution was for me to spend and additional $3,200+ to address the leak. Needless to say I declined that and moved on with my search.I had Platinum and one other company come out to give quotes and Platinum's pricing was half as much as the other company. Mike Yazzie came out to give do the work and he was fantastic, punctual, knowledgeable, and very honest. While he was doing the work, he took notice that our water pressure was extraordinarily high and checked it -- it was 135 PSI (should be under 80)!!! He was able to change out my PRV and I still spent $600 less than the other quote. Needless to say, I was thrilled to meet Mike and will definitely be using Platinum Plumbing moving forward.“

“PC gave me a very reasonable price on a new Bosch heat pump, when the crew started dismantling my 35 year old system they found extensive mold in the air box and ducts. I was very thankful they brought this to my attention instead of just going ahead with the install. Some companies would have rescheduled the job but they brought in extra techs and worked late into the night to get it done. Outstanding work ethic and quality installation. Jay and his team were all pros and the office staff was very helpful with paperwork for tax and energy rebates.I would recommend them 100%.“

“So my hot water tank decided to break after 20 years and man is it stressful when you have water all over your basement floor but no worries because TPS to the rescue. Within two days they were able to get all the supplies and install it. When I say they are fast, they are fast. The whole team is outstanding !! They took both my hot water tank and heating system out and put in a new Navien Combi. Tankless water heater and boiler all in one. The pro about this, it will save on my Gas bill. It happened during Christmas 2022 and he stayed in contact came out the day after Christmas spent 2days at my wash and got all of my large main water lines fixed and repaired. Well over 200 feet worth of pipe. Today had him show up to my father's house for his toilet and he got the repair of a leaking valve repaired within 7 hours of calling him. Great service great team. “Called Moyer at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 17th because our hot water heater was leaking. Courtney was able to get Nick V/Connor to our house around 6:15. We had to get a new hot water heater and they were able to get a new one for us that night and have it installed.
