“In September 22 my A/C failed. The unit was the original from 1999. I immediately contacted Dennis Marlatt. I've used DP Marlatt in the past and trust them implicitly. Dennis came out and gave us the bad news. It was expected and we knew it was time to change our entire system. He didn't charge for the visit and he provided an estimate. The price was fantastic. “They were able to come 30 minutes after I called which is quite nearly unheard of in this industry. Or maybe I was just too lucky. Our heater wasn’t working when we opened our restaurant for business in the morning of Dec 7 so the dining room was cold so imagine our relief when someone can come practically in a moment’s notice.The repairman was courteous and professional. He didn’t take longer than he needed as the problem wasn’t huge so that was much appreciated. 10/10 Would highly recommend New Life to everyone!“
“We contacted Mitchell H&AC when our heating system intermittently failed to fire, and would blow cold air. Wayne arrived later the same day, assessed the system, and performed a cleaning along with a small part replacement. The cost for the service was very reasonable, and our system has worked reliably since. We'll continue to contact Mitchell for future service as well as routine maintenance.“

“Our water heater leaked on Friday night and Rick Grimley promptly showed up on Saturday to troubleshoot the problem. He was able to bypass the hot water heater so our family had cold water for the rest of the weekend. He returned on Monday when parts were available and replaced the water heater. His cost was 30% less than two other companies! Everything works great!“

“PC gave me a very reasonable price on a new Bosch heat pump, when the crew started dismantling my 35 year old system they found extensive mold in the air box and ducts. I was very thankful they brought this to my attention instead of just going ahead with the install. Some companies would have rescheduled the job but they brought in extra techs and worked late into the night to get it done. Outstanding work ethic and quality installation. Jay and his team were all pros and the office staff was very helpful with paperwork for tax and energy rebates.I would recommend them 100%.“

“Was on vacation for a few days and returned to find our house was super hot, as our AC decided to quit as well while we were away. Did some quick research online for some local HVAC places, and the first one couldn’t come out until much later that day. Scheduled them, but then called Arctic Fire Heating & Cooling, and said if they could come out sooner, they’d have my business. After a brief wait on the phone, I was scheduled for a few hours later. Alex came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, explained/repaired what was wrong, and had my AC up and running! Very pleased with the response time, price, and overall service! “So my hot water tank decided to break after 20 years and man is it stressful when you have water all over your basement floor but no worries because TPS to the rescue. Within two days they were able to get all the supplies and install it. When I say they are fast, they are fast. The whole team is outstanding !! They took both my hot water tank and heating system out and put in a new Navien Combi. Tankless water heater and boiler all in one. The pro about this, it will save on my Gas bill. Thank you TPS for coming to the rescue and taking my worries away.“
