In September 22 my A/C failed. The unit was the original from 1999. I immediately contacted Dennis Marlatt. I've used DP Marlatt in the past and trust them implicitly. Dennis came out and gave us the bad news. It was expected and we knew it was time to change our entire system. He didn't charge for the visit and he provided an estimate. The price was fantastic. Replaced 20 year old furnace. Dennis didn't oversell me. We looked at several alternatives and I got a 95% efficient American Standard Furnace. You can always count on Dennis and Co. to do a great job. My basement was cleaner after they left. The equipment is top notch.Services: Heating system installation
