Was on vacation for a few days and returned to find our house was super hot, as our AC decided to quit as well while we were away. Did some quick research online for some local HVAC places, and the first one couldn’t come out until much later that day. Scheduled them, but then called Arctic Fire Heating & Cooling, and said if they could come out sooner, they’d have my business. After a brief wait on the phone, I was scheduled for a few hours later. Alex came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, explained/repaired what was wrong, and had my AC up and running! Very pleased with the response time, price, and overall service! These are my “go to” HVAC guys now!
I was very impressed by this company. They returned phone calls promptly. They were very easy to work with. Took time to correct an issue at my restaurant, caused by another company. Will be hiring them as yearly service and maintenance moving forward. Will also use them as our home serice company. Definitely a good, professional company.Services: A/C system maintenance
This company was awesome. The estimate was right on. They were so nice when they were here and it took 3 guys most of the day to do this. They removed 2 old oil tanks , installed a new one and replaced all the oil pipes. They even moved a piece of heavy furniture outside for me. I would recommend this company to my family and friends!Services: Heating system maintenance
