“Was on vacation for a few days and returned to find our house was super hot, as our AC decided to quit as well while we were away. Did some quick research online for some local HVAC places, and the first one couldn’t come out until much later that day. Scheduled them, but then called Arctic Fire Heating & Cooling, and said if they could come out sooner, they’d have my business. After a brief wait on the phone, I was scheduled for a few hours later. Alex came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, explained/repaired what was wrong, and had my AC up and running! Very pleased with the response time, price, and overall service! These are my “go to” HVAC guys now!“

They (Ben) identified and fixed the issues I was having, and were able to come out the same day both times. They made one change that accelerated the heating mode which the previous company never even mentioned. I’ve changed all of my annual maintenance to K Wood.
