Andrew was polite and respectful. He listened carefully to my explanation of my HVAC problems and then proceeded to quickly and effectively assess the cause. He had the replacement parts in his truck, and then explained in an understandable fashion what he planned to do and the anticipated cost. Everything worked as expected and I am now a very happy and committed customer. Many thanks!
