“PC gave me a very reasonable price on a new Bosch heat pump, when the crew started dismantling my 35 year old system they found extensive mold in the air box and ducts. I was very thankful they brought this to my attention instead of just going ahead with the install. Some companies would have rescheduled the job but they brought in extra techs and worked late into the night to get it done. Outstanding work ethic and quality installation. “So my hot water tank decided to break after 20 years and man is it stressful when you have water all over your basement floor but no worries because TPS to the rescue. Within two days they were able to get all the supplies and install it. When I say they are fast, they are fast. The whole team is outstanding !! They took both my hot water tank and heating system out and put in a new Navien Combi. Tankless water heater and boiler all in one. The pro about this, it will save on my Gas bill. Thank you TPS for coming to the rescue and taking my worries away.“

I Google and reached out to comfort generation and Nina was super helpful and had a tech come out and found 2 problems. They worked with on payments. Will definitely recommend them to anyone. Did some quick research online for some local HVAC places, and the first one couldn’t come out until much later that day. “Trevor came out on an on call basis on Saturday night to troubleshoot a shared well pump for my place and another resident of the property. He was pleasant, and quickly climbed down into our well pit at night , snakes and all to get us water pressure. In under an hour, he expertly determined the problem and made the repair. As an on call employee, I'm sure he was pulled away from a pleasant evening away from his family to climb into a snake pit so I can shower. 10/10 thank you“

“I've been using Harned Durham for over 15 years. I bought a house and they put a new furnace in for me, too They did a great job except there weren't any vents going to the upstairs and they did not put any in, surprisingly. I assumed that was included since they inspected the whole house before putting the system in. My fault for not making sure.“
